【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来，随着全球经济一体化趋势的日渐明显，全球金融化发展成为了经济全球化的重要组成部分。资本的国际流动也日益活跃，国际资本市场对于中国经济发展的重要性日益突出。金融全球化的不断发展以及资本跨国界流动的增加，使有限的资本资源在全球范围内得到了更合理的分配，但与之相伴的金融风险也越来越大。金融全球化这把双刃剑的负面效应会引起金融危机，并引发金融危机全球化，会给发生国带来了巨大的经济损失，给整个世界经济造成剧烈的震荡和深重的灾难。1997-1998年的亚洲金融危机就给亚洲经济带来了灾难性的打击，正处在改革开放时期的中国经济也受到很大的影响。虽然与世界经济相比，中国经济在亚洲金融危机后仍然维持着较快的发展势头，成为世界经济的亮点，但我们必须保持清醒的头脑。世界金融动荡反映出经济发展的深层次问题，中国金融仍然存在着潜在危机，一旦引发金融危机，后果极其严重，这并非危言耸听。随着2006年的到来，我国金融业将逐步对外开放，金融系统的封闭“防火墙”即将逐步被拆除，而中国的经济体系在很多方面潜伏着巨大的金融风险，因此采取措施积极防范金融危机就成了当务之急。 在这种世界经济全球化、金融全球化格局愈演愈烈，机遇与挑战并存的背景下，各国经济学家开始纷纷关注当代国际金融危机发生的原因，研究当代国际金融危机的特点与趋势，思索应付当代国际金融危机的对策。因此，作者选择了“论当代国际金融危机及防范”这样一个课题。 本文一共分为四个部分。在第一部分，作者对选课的背景、意义以及近年来课题国内外的研究现状进行了简要介绍，并阐述了文章所运用的研究方法以及研究的重点和难点。这对文章起到了一个纲领性的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 International financial crises have taken severe harm to the world economy. With the development and the open of the economy in China and the trend of financial "all-in-one" in the world economy, the sudden break-out of international financial crisis becomes possible, and the result becomes more and more serious. And the same time, the potential financial risks in the economy of China are still in existence. They can place a premium on the crisis. So we have to adopt the precautionary measures to prevent the international financial crisis in good season. Then our economy can develop healthily and rapidly.The treatise can be divided into four parts. In the first place, the author introduces the background and the significance of the selected project and the research methods. The focal points and the difficult points of the treatise are also included in the part. Then discussion is made to the brief introduction and evaluation of some prevailing theories and models for the financial crisis. Thirdly, types, characters and direct causes of international financial crisis are expound. Then, in the light of the characteristics of China economy, the thesis analyzes the potential factors to place a premium on International Financial Crisis of our country.
