【摘要】 精神激励对于促使员工精神成长乃至成才以及调动员工的积极性、主动性以及企业的发展壮大起着至关重要的作用，在现代管理中虽被广泛应用，但对企业精神激励本身的研究很少，并且不很深入。本研究以精神激励为研究对象，尝试对这一问题作初步探讨。 本文结合文献法，试图对精神激励的内涵、类型、特点、实施的必要性、优势和局限性进行探讨，分析了精神激励的现状，分析导致这一现状的原因，据此提出了精神激励的六条策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spiritual motivation plays a vital role in the promotion of employee’s enthusiasm and initiative in modern management. It is also of importance for enterprise’s development and enlargement. Inspite of being widely used, the study on the spiritual motivation theory is little and not very deep. This paper chooses the spiritual motivation theory as its research object and attempts to address this issue.It adopts the methods of document searching and trys to explore the content, type, features, necessity of implementation, advantages and limitations, analysize the reasons that leading to this situation.
