IPv6环境下全局选播模型的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机网络技术的飞速发展,Internet已发展成世界上规模最大的计算机互联网络。IPv4在经历了20世纪后20年令人惊异的增长后,已经逐渐逼近自己的极限,IPv6解决方案的提出,为21世纪整个信息技术和新业务的发展带来新的机遇与挑战。在Internet中为了使复制主机或镜像服务器能够提供更好的服务,Partridge,Mendez和Milliken在RFC 1546中提出了Anycsat(选播)的概念,选播象单播和组播一样,是工P的一种通信服务。正是基于这方面的需要,IPv6也制定了支持选播的Anycsat地址规范,这就为进一步研究和应用Anycsat技术提供了更广阔的空间。 目前选播研究者的注意力主要集中在下面几个方面:路由协议、无状态服务问题、组管理协议、局域网通信、地址结构、安全问题、QoS保证以及可扩展性等等。关于选播的一些协议和标准正在讨论之中,但仍然没有达成共识。选播技术目前主要有两个发展方向,一是在应用层上的研究;一是在网络层上的研究。 基于先前的研究工作,课题将针对选播路由算法和协议、服务发现、选播规模、组管理协议等方面展开深入研究。为能够找到一个“更适合”的服务器,针对不同类型的服务,提出了一种复合度量的负载描述方法,以改进现有的选播路由算法。算法考虑了链路带宽、链路时延、路由跳数、服务器负载等因素,可以在一定程度上平衡网络负载和提高网络性能。为解决选播路由的规模问题,经过合理的地址划分,在网络的边界部署选播网关,从而达到支持GIA(Global IP Anycast)的目的。并在此基础上建立了一种IPv6全局选播模型。模型结合了网络层和应用层的优点,容易实现、灵活性好、可扩展性强、安全性好,为加快选播服务的应用和推广提供了一种参考和依据。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer network technology, Internet has already become the greatest-scalable network in the world. After astonished growths for 20 year in the 20th century, IPv4 had already gradually approached its limit. IPv6 solution brings new opportunity and challenge to the 21st century in information technology and new service. In Internet, in order to provide better service for replication or mirroring server, Mendez and Milliken proposed Anycast concept in RFC1546. As Unicast and Multicast, Anycast is a kind of IP communication service. Based on the command, anycast address standard has been formulated in IPv6, which anycast is supported, it brings a broader space for further research and application in the Anycsat technology.At present, the anycast researcher mainly concentrates on following several aspects: the routing protocol, stateless service, group management, LAN communications, address space, security, QoS, scalability etc. The protocols and standards for anycast are under the discussion, but have not reached a consensus. The Anycast technology mainly has two research directions at present. One is on the application layer research; The other is on network layer research.Base on pervious research, the thesis presents routing algorithm and protocol, server selection, the scalability of anycast, and group management. In order to find "the most appropriate" server, a new kind of compound measurement description method is proposed in view of the different type service to modify anycast routing algorithm. Considered the factors of link bandwidth, link delay, route hop and server load, the algorithm can balance network load and enhance the network performance to some extent. To solve the problem of anycast scale, the reasonable address structure is setup properly and anycast gateway is deployed at the network boundary. GIA (Global IP Anycast) is well supported by the method proposed. And then, a IPv6 global anycast model is proposed.
