数字化校园建设架构研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的快速发展,高校信息化建设也取得了重大进展,校园网络应用系统和用户都达到了相当的规模,网络用户涵盖了教师、学生、职员、工人等校内各类人群和大量的校外访问者,初步实现了网上办公、网上管理、网上教学和网上服务。但是,在高校信息化建设迅速发展的同时,仍然存在一些急待解决的问题。 一是信息化建设缺乏统一的规划和总体设计,各应用系统大都是从部门、基层的视角来丌发实施,在不同时间段由不同人群研发完成,人为地割断了大学各部门之间的有机联系;二是没有统一的信息标准,数据格式也各不相同,系统间无法实现有效的数据和资源共享、应用难以集成、用户使用繁杂等问题,形成了网络环境下的“信息孤岛”。 本文提出了高校信息化集成方案以实现全校的信息共享、资源共享,使数字化校园建设始终能符合学校的整体发展需要,提升学校信息化建设水平,为学校的教学、科研、管理等工作服务。 1、建立统一的信息标准,提供平台与接口规范。根据多项标准建立统一的数据库及数据标准。数据标准不仅包括数据内容规范(描述数据名称、内容及其格式规范),而且还要包括数据权限规范(描述了数据的来源,数据共享的范围与方式等);定义清晰而标准的接口,使得应用之间能够实现互操作;通过定义应用标准,使得遵循标准的应用能够方便地集成,易于构筑一个可缩放的大学集成信息系统。 2、论述各种信息化集成平台和信息化集成方法。信息化集成平台主要提到微软的BizTalk Server 2004;信息化集成方案主要有基于EAI的集成、基于中间数据文件的集成(包括基于XML)、基于数据库的集成、基于企业信息门户的集成。其中主要论述的是基于中间数据文件的集成,它位于异构数据源和应用程序之间,向下协调各种数据源,向上为访问集成数据的应用提供了统一的模式和访问的通用接口。系统为异构数据源提供高层次的检索服务。 3、给出了数字化校园建设的基本框架、实施方法和策略。通过界定数字化校园建设的框架,定义了数字化校园建设的四个基本层次结构:网络基础层、网络基本服务层、应用服务层和个性化门户设置。在实施方法和策略方面讨论了规范、统一的信息标准、接口标准和应用标准。

【Abstract】 Along with the vigorous development of information technology, university information construction also made a significant progress. The good network environment brings about application systems and users of campus network on a large scale, the network user contained considerable numbers of visitors inside school, such as teachers, students, staff members, and visitors outside. Initially the on-line work, the on-line management, the on-line teaching and the on-line service have been realized. But, university information construction still had problems that urgently needed to be solved in spite of the rapid development.The information construction first of all lacks unified plan and overall design. Each application system is developed and implemented from the visual angle of department and basic unit, besides, the implementation is not completed by the same research groups, artificially cutting various departments’ organic relationships within the university; Secondly, different information standards, data formats, between the system make it unable to realize the effective data and resources sharing, the application integration, the complexity in using difficulty and so on, which have formed under the network environment "the information isolated island".This article proposed a integration program of information-based university to realize the information sharing and resources sharing within the school, enable the digitized campus construction throughout to conform to whole development requirement of the school, and promote the school construction level of becoming an information based society, to serve the teaching, scientific research and management in school.1 Establish-unified information standard and provide the platform and the connection standard. Establish unified database and data standard according to many standards. The data standard included not only the data content standard (descriptions of data name, content and its form standard), but also data jurisdiction standard (which described data origin, data sharing scope and way and so on); it defined the standard connection clearly, and made it able to realize mutual operation between applications; Through the definition of application standard, the application of followed standard could conveniently be integrated, which made it easy to
