基于网络的注塑模具协同设计与仿真分析研究

【摘要】 随着市场经济的全球化和塑料制品的广泛应用,对注塑模具的设计与制造提出了越来越高的要求。注塑模具行业已成为制造业信息化应用的重要领域,但其日渐大型、复杂、精密和长寿命的趋势以及我国模具企业地理分散、规模小、管理落后等特点,使得传统串行设计制造模式和单机CAx方式很难应对变化多端的模具市场。为适应全球化制造的需要,我国的注塑模具企业必然要从分散走向合作,塑料产品设计、注塑模具设计、CAE分析、模具制造加工以及客户之间必须进行有效的协作与交流,发挥各自的技术、资源、人才等优势,以最短的时间开发出高质量、低成本的注塑模具,从而提高企业的市场竞争力。 本文在深入分析和研究注塑模及其行业特点、网络协同设计等相关理论的基础上,详细阐述了注塑模网络化协同开发平台的功能需求,基于B/S与C/S相结合的网络模式,建立了基于网络的注塑模具协同设计与仿真分析系统的总体框架;通过协同任务规划模型,阐述了任务分解、重组、优化和调度分配操作,分析了协同设计冲突管理技术,建立了一种集成的注塑模具协同设计冲突消解模型;针对支持协同设计的产品数据管理的需要,探讨了一种基于CORBA和Web的注塑模具协同产品数据管理系统结构,重点阐述了项目管理、注塑模具产品结构与配置管理、工作流及过程管理等功能;提出了一套注塑模具CAE解决方案,并将注塑成型分析、模具三维运动动态分析和有限元分析等纳入该方案,建立了基于仿真的注塑模具设计优化模型,并对注塑模具的协同仿真进行了初步研究;开发了基于网络的注塑模具协同设计管理原型系统,并进行了实例验证。

【Abstract】 With the globalization of the economy and the broad use of plastic products, the design and manufacture of injection mold is facing more and more requests. The injection mold is an exceedingly important industry in the application of information manufacturing. Because of its tendencies that the injection mold are more large-scale, complicated, precise and durable as well as its characters that the mold enterprises are located in dispersive areas, smaller in scale and slower in management etc., it is difficult for the traditional mode of serial design and stand-alone CAx to cope with the changeable market. In order to cater for the needs of manufacturing globalization, the dispersive mold enterprises have to tend towards cooperation in our country. Accordingly, the effective cooperation and communication have to be carried on among the design of plastic product and injection mold, the analysis of CAE, the manufacture of mold and the customers in time. In this way, they can show their advantages of technology, resources and experts respectively. Then the injection mold of high quality and low cost can be exploited within the shortest time. So the market competitive ability of enterprises can be enhanced.In this dissertation, after the characters of injection mold and its industry and the relative theories of internet-based collaborative design having been analyzed and researched deeply, both the function demands of internet-based collaborative development platform of injection mold and the internet-based mode with integrated structure of Browser/Server and Client/Server are expounded and the systems framework of internet-based collaborative design and simulation for injection mold is established. Through the mode of cooperative task layout the operations of breaking down, recombining, optimizing and distributing the tasks are expounded. At the same time, the technology of conflict management in collaborative design is analyzed and the mode of integrated conflict elimination in collaborative design of injection mold is built. Aiming at the needs of the product data management which support the collaborative design, the data management system structure based on CORBA and Web is discussed within the field of collaborative product of injection mold. Particularly, the functions of the item management, structure and collocation management of injection mold product, workflow and process management are expounded.
