电针治疗单纯性肥胖病并发脂肪肝的临床研究

【摘要】 目的：探讨电针治疗单纯性肥胖病并发脂肪肝的临床疗效及作用机理 方法：将30例单纯性肥胖病并脂肪肝患者依据辨证论治的原则，采用电针治疗的方法进行治疗，3个月后总结疗效，观察针刺治疗前后患者肝脏B超、症状、肥胖指标(体重、肥胖度、BMI、VFA、FAT、WHR等)的变化。 结果：经过3个疗程的治疗，针灸对单纯性肥胖病并发脂肪肝的总有效率为70％，减肥总有效率为80％，脂肪肝的总有效率为80％；电针对该组患者的体重、BMI、肥胖度、VFA、FAT、WHR等指标较治疗前均明显降低(P＜0.01)，提示针灸不仅具有良好的减肥作用，而且是治疗脂肪肝的有效方法之一。 结论：针灸是治疗单纯性肥胖病并发脂肪肝的有效方法之一，其作用机制可能是通过对多种器官、多种组织和物质、多种代谢途径的综合性调整，促进神经体液、内分泌和物质代谢的正常来实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: Study the clinical curative effect and function mechanism of simple obesity complicated fatty liver by electricity needle treatment.Methods: According to the principle of determinition of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs , the paper observed 30 cases with simple obesity and fatty liver , treated with electricity needle. After three months course treatment, and watch the influence on patients’ weight BMI VFA FAT WHR etc obesity index, liver B ultrasonic and symptoms ?Result: The result showed that after the three months courses treatment, the total cure effective rate to the simple obesity and fatty liver was 70%, to simple obesity was 80% and to fatty liver was 80%; The electricity needle can descended body weight BMI FAT VFA WHR on simple obesity, compared the data before the treatment obviously(P<0.01, ), showed that electricity needle has good effect on weight reduction At the same time , B ultrasonic became much better than before treatment , showed that the electricity needle is one of the effective methods to treat fatty liver.Conclusion:The electricity needle adds the acupuncture is an one of the valid methods to cure the simple obesity complicated fatty liver, its function mechanism may be to pass to synthesize the sex adjustment with the material, various metabolisms path to various organs, various buildup, promote the nerve, endocrine to metabolizes normal to come to realize.更多还原
