男科门诊慢性前列腺炎患者性功能状况调查

【摘要】 本课题对慢性前列腺炎与性功能障碍的关系进行了系统的文献复习，主要内容为中医、西医研究源流，慢性前列腺炎与性功能障碍的相关性，导致性功能障碍的机制。 临床研究 目的：调查慢性前列腺炎患者的性功能状况，分析其产生变化的原因，指导临床治疗。方法：对符合标准的慢性前列腺炎患者进行男科门诊问卷调查。调查内容主要包括：慢性前列腺炎症状指数积分、性功能状况积分、自评抑郁积分、治疗优先取向调查、相关证候中医调查5个方面。结果：慢性前列腺炎的发病过程中，炎症是起始诱因，抑郁起主导作用，性功能的外象是减退；慢性前列腺炎合并性功能障碍及抑郁的本质是肾虚；慢性前列腺炎在发病过程中出现性功能状况积分水平先升高再下降的现象；慢性前列腺炎治疗过程中不但要从肾虚论治，同时须重视“郁”及其变证中心环节的治疗，做到标本兼治；慢性前列腺炎患者对性功能关注度相当高，须重视心理治疗；慢性前列腺炎治疗中要整体与重点相统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation reviewed documents of Chronic Prostatitis(CP) patient’s sexual function by the numbers on such aspects as survey research of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and modern medical research and progress. The paper also reviewed the headstream of TCM and modern medicine, relationship of etiology and pathogenesis of TCM between CP and erectile dysfunction(ED), and modern medical mechanism about CP resulting in ED.Clinical study Objective: Investigate the situation of CP patient’s natural function and analyse the rule of producing and changing to guide clinical treatment. Method: investigate CP patients with a questionnaire, which mainly contents the symptom scale of CP, brief male sexual function inventory for Urology before and after suffering and when seeing a doctor and self-rating depression scale (SDS) etc. Result: The chronic prostatitis is taken bad in the process, the inflammation is the outset cause, despondent is the leading role, the natural function outward appearance is drops; The chronic prostatitis merge function decrease and the despondent essence are the kidney empty; the CP patients’s sexual function improves first and then drops in the course of disease; In the chronic prostatitis course of treatment not only must deficiency discuss from the kidney governs, at the same time must pay strongly attention to despondent and its changes, achieves treats the symptoms and the causes; The chronic prostatitis patient is quite high to natural function attention, takes the mental healing; The chronic prostatitis treats wants overall and key unifies.更多还原
