左金丸治疗食管/贲门癌术后反流性食管病的临床研究

【摘要】 目的：观察左金丸治疗食管／贲门癌根治术后反流性食管病的临床效果。 方法：选择19例食管或贲门癌术后发生反流性食管病的患者，采用99年烟台诊断标准诊断，试验组予左金丸，对照组予胃复安治疗，将用药前后症状进行评分，统计并对照分析，探讨左金丸治疗本病的效果。 结果：左金丸治疗食管／贲门癌术后反流性食管病具有良好的效果，10例患者用药后症状均好转，与胃复安组对比发现两者疗效无明显差异(P＞0.05)，但左金丸组的症状改善程度评分稍优于胃复安组。 结论：表明左金丸治疗食管／贲门癌术后反流性食管病具有良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The paper observe the effect of zuojin pill for the gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma.Method: Patient with postoperative GERD after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma were treated by single traditional Chinese medicine (zuojin pill, n =10)or single western medicine (Metoclopramide, n=9) respectively in random process.Result: Zuojin pill have good effect on GERD after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma, the effective rate of symptom was 100% and there was no obvious difference between two groups.Conclusion: Zuojin pill has good and sure effect for GERD after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma.更多还原
