电厂输煤监控监督系统

【摘要】 本论文针对电厂输煤作业研制了一套监控监督系统。该系统主要用于实现对底层设备的数据采集、报警、远程控制以及上层的查询、记录、管理。该监控监督系统具有实时性好、安全、可靠、友好的人机界面等优点。 论文首先在需求分析的基础上,结合系统的实际特点进行了系统的总体设计。依据集散控制系统的思想,将系统分成4层,即设备层,现场层,监控层,监督层。并对这几个部分进行分别介绍。然后依照功能,将软件部分分为3个模块:监控软件、转发中心、监督软件,并用时序图描述它们之间的关系。围绕这几个模块,在后面章节中,本文详细的说明了它们实现的功能以及在系统中的地位,并且着重分析了程序设计中比较关键的线程池、网络多播、数据库技术、权限管理、加密算法、平台调用、环行队列、线程同步。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at a remote monitor and control system for coal transporting in the powerplant. The data and alarming of devices in bottom layer are collected and recorded in toplayer for further analyze such as query, data management etc.The system described in the paper is a real-time system and has the advantages of safety,high reliability and friendly man-machine interface.The requirements are analyzed firstly and then overall design is given out on the basis ofthe actual character. Based on the idea of DCS, the system was divided into four parts:equipment layer, locale layer, monitor layer, supervise layer. Then these parts areintroduced separately. According to the function of system, the software part is divided intothese three parts: the monitor software , data service center, the supervise software. And time series chart is used to explain the connection of them. In the following chapters, surrounding these modules, the function which is realized and the importance in the system is explained in detail. In the software design ,the related algorithms such as thread pool, multicast in network, database, "management of authority, algorithm of encrypt, cycle queue, synchronization of threads are introduced.
