高速双丝铝合金气体保护焊接工艺方法和熔池过渡行为研究

【摘要】 通过10mm-40mm7A52铝合金板双丝焊工艺试验,得出了典型接头型式的工艺规范窗口,焊缝抗拉强度平均值达到280MPa,比单丝焊焊缝高10%;在分析研究7A52铝合金焊接缺陷产生原因的基础上,优化了焊接工艺,获得了成型良好、质量优良的焊接接头;对铝合金双丝焊熔滴过渡的试验和分析研究表明:双丝焊熔滴是以亚射流和射滴为主,短路、射流及其它变异形式为辅的形式过渡;采用视觉传感器,获得了较为清晰的熔池视觉图像,初步获取了熔池图像几何特征,为铝合金双丝气体保护焊在线视觉质量控制积累了技术数据。通过对双丝焊接工艺方法、熔滴过渡方式、熔池行为的实验研究,积累了丰富的技术数据,为双丝焊工艺在高强铝合金的实际生产应用提供了技术支持。

【Abstract】 The typical joint speciation window was got by testing of 10mm-40 mm Al-alloy plate double wire gas-arc welding. The average value of σ_ b could reach 280MPa which was more than 10% that of single wire welding. On the base reason of normal welding defaults, the welding speciation was optimized and good molding and excellent welding joint were acquired. Examination and research shows that melting drop transform mode of Al-alloy double wire welding included sub-shot stream, shot drop mainly, short circle, shot stream and other variant transform mode. Melting pool picture was obtained clearly by video sensor. Geometry character of melting pool was gained originally which provide technology data for quality control of double wire gas-arc welding by on-line video. Manufacture guidance was provided by Process of Al-alloy Double wire gas-arc welding from different transform mode.
