基于ARIS的企业售后服务体系建模研究和应用

【摘要】 加入世贸组织给国内的工程机械制造型企业带来了极大的挑战,在产品同质化日趋加剧的今天,如何提高产品的售后服务质量来提升顾客的满意度,是企业十分关心的问题,在这种背景下,本文将信息技术引入企业的售后服务中,使用ARIS建模体系建立起企业售后服务的信息系统模型。 在建立模型之前,本文首先找出了适合国内企业的售后服务模式,并建立了该服务模式业务的事件驱动过程链图(EPC图)。在EPC图的基础上,通过使用ARIS建模体系分别建立了该售后服务模式业务的功能视图、组织视图、数据视图和控制视图,在控制视图中,通过扩展的事件驱动过程链图(e EPC图)将其它三个视图联系起来,形成一个完整的业务过程链。然后通过将扩展的事件驱动过程链图转化为面向对象的事件驱动过程链图(oEPC图),从而为面向对象的程序设计提供了一套完整的由业务演变而来的开发框架,来指导程序开发人员进行系统的设计,论文在最后通过建立售后服务业务中“旧件处理”这一功能的程序实例,论证了本文所提出的:业务模型—信息系统模型—应用信息系统这一思想在实际应用中的可行性。

【Abstract】 Entering to the WTO has brought great challenge to domestic project machine-manufacture enterprise Today , products’ homogeneity is aggravated day by day. How to improve the quality of after service to promote customers’ satisfaction, it is the question that enterprises pay attention to. Under this kind of background, this article introduces the information technology into the after service of enterprise, and uses ARIS to set up the model of information system of enterprise’s after service.Before building the model, this article will find out the suitable after service mode for domestic enterprises at first, and set up the event-driven process chain chart (EPC chart) of this service mode. On the basis of EPC chart, we have set up the function view, organize view, data view and controlling view of this after service mode separately by using ARIS. In the controlling view, the other three views are integrated through an extended event-driven process chain chart (eEPC chart), to form an intact business process chain. Then by transforming the eEPC chart into object-oriented event-driven process chain chart (oEPC chart), a set of intact development frames which represent the business process well are built to instruct programmer to design application system .Finally by developing an after service program example "returned spared parts dealing process " to prove the feasibility of "business model-information system model-application information system " in practical application.
