N掺杂改性光催化剂的制备与表征

【摘要】 以Ti(SO4)2为钛源,通过水解沉淀法制备了N掺杂改性光催化剂。考察了不同沉淀剂对于改性光催化剂制备的影响,选择NH4HCO3作为最佳沉淀剂和氮源,选择斯蒂酚酸作为模拟废水,研究制备过程中洗涤、焙烧温度对于N掺杂及改性光催化剂在紫外、可见区域内催化活性的影响,在较低的焙烧条件下实现了N的掺杂。对改性后的催化剂进行了SEM、EDS、TG-DTA、FTIR、DRS、XRD、XPS、Zeta电位测定及粒度测定等表征,研究改性催化剂的微观形貌、元素组成、化学结构、热稳定性、吸光范围、晶型、表面电荷以及在水中的粒径分布。 同时,针对研究体系影响因素众多、逻辑判断复杂等特点,运用层次分析法从应用领域需求、提高光催化能力、能源利用和技术可行性几个方面着手,辅助论证光催化的重点研究方向,定性定量地分析各主要影响因素的相关隶属度。 结果表明:洗涤对于N的掺杂具有决定意义;不同沉淀剂的N掺杂温度不同;N掺杂后的改性催化剂可以弥补颗粒在晶型上的缺陷,呈特殊的黄色;在不降低紫外段催化能力的同时,将吸收波长拓展至500nm,可见光活性提高;N掺杂改性光催化剂的研究在光催化研究领域中占有较为重要的地位。
【Abstract】 N-doped photocatalysts were prepared with Ti(SO4)2 as precursor by precipitation method. The influence of different kinds of precipitant was investigated, NH4HCO3 was chosen as the best kind of precipitant as well as a source of nitrogen. Based on the characterizations such as SEM、 EDS、 TG-DTA、 FTIR、 DRS、 XRD、 XPS、 Zeta potential and Particle size analysis, The effect of preparation conditions including washing and calcining temperature on the photocatalytic activity of N-doped photocatalysists was discussed through the photodegradation of styphnic acid (2,4,6-Trintroresorcino1).As there were many affecting factors in investigation system, we present an evaluation model of development direction based on the AHP, and focus on the area demanding, enhancing the photocatalytic activity, using the energy sources and technology feasibility, which realizes the aided-decision system of the photocatalysis development.The results indicated that washing determine the possibility of N-doped; different temperatures of N-doped depended on the kind of precipitant; the N-doped titania was yellow in colour and could make up the defect of the crystal state. In addition, the N-doped titania showed excellent photocatalytic activity in both of the UV light and visible light, which enlarged the absorption band to 500nm. The study of developed photocatalyst stands an important position in the system of the photocatalysis development.
