情报研究中的知识集成及应用研究

【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的来临，在信息数量剧增和信息技术大发展的冲击下，知识服务和知识集成正在成为热门的研究领域。知识服务的兴起与发展给情报研究工作提出了新的要求，为了迎接挑战并把握新的机遇，情报研究必须引入新的理念和方法，充分挖掘与利用各类知识资源，由信息服务向知识服务转变：而知识集成则是通过知识共享与运用集体的智慧来提高应变能力和创新能力，并且建立激励情报研究人员参与知识共享的机制，为情报研究工作中实现显性和隐性知识共享与转化提供新的途径。所以说，实现情报研究知识化、智能化的有效办法之一就是知识集成。 本文首先分析了知识服务环境下情报研究面临的挑战与发展趋势，阐述了情报研究所面临的知识化趋势；其次，对情报研究及其知识属性进行了探析，包括情报研究的内涵、流程和情报研究中知识的生命周期以及知识交流、共享和创新等一系列知识属性；第三，系统的论述了知识集成的内涵、特征、模式、实现技术与应用。在此基础上，分析了情报研究与知识集成的关联性，阐明了情报研究中导入知识集成的必要性和出发点；最后，提出了一种基于Ontology的知识集成的模型，并分别以面向领域和面向任务的不同情报研究课题为例，探索了情报研究中知识集成模型的应用方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the coming of knowledge economy, under the impact of the quantity of information and the development of information technology, Knowledge Service and knowledge integration become two popular and ahead of the times domains. The rise and the development of the Knowledge Service put forward a new request for Intelligence Analysis, in order to receive challenges and hold new opportunities, Intelligence Analysis must introduce some new theories and methods, and makes full use of all kinds of knowledge resources, Intelligence Analysis should be changed from Information Service to Knowledge Service; Moreover, knowledge integration improves the contingency and creative ability by knowledge share and making use of collectivity’s intelligence, and builds up the mechanism that encourages intelligence workers to participate knowledge share, provides a new path to achieve share and translation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge for Intelligence Analysis. Thus, knowledge integration is an effective approach to achieve the trend of knowledge and intelligence and for Intelligence Analysis.At first, the paper analyses the challenges and trend of development of Intelligence Analysis under the environment of Knowledge Service, and expounds the knowledge trends of Intelligence Analysis, Then we analyses the Intelligence Analysis and it’s knowledge property, which includes the meaning and flow of Intelligence Analysis and knowledge cycle, knowledge communion, share and innovation. Thirdly, we also probes into the meaning, properties, patterns, technologies and applications about knowledge integration, based that, we describes the relation between knowledge integration and Intelligence Analysis, discusses the necessity and springboard for combination of intelligence and knowledge integration. At last, we puts forward a model of knowledge integration based on Ontology, and discuss some schemes for application based on domain and task which faced different problems of Intelligence Analysis.更多还原
