二氧化氯的制备及其稳定性研究

【摘要】 二氧化氯(ClO2)是一种国际上公认的安全无毒杀菌消毒剂,有着良好的应用前景。本文首先对二氧化氯的制备进行了研究,得出了二氧化氯的最优制备方案:NaClO3为基本反应物,H2SO4为反应酸,蔗糖为还原剂,适当的反应温度。然后进行了近中性水溶液中ClO2的热稳定性实验研究,并探讨了温度和稳定剂对其热稳定性的影响,筛选出PVP和PCTS两种有机物质对水溶液中ClO2具有明显的稳定作用。进而又对两种有机稳定剂进行了优化实验,得出优化方案为:PVP作为稳定剂时,配置温度50℃,PVP浓度3g/l;PCTS作为稳定剂时,配置温度30℃,PCTS浓度3g/l,并在选择检验水平α=0.25条件下发现,配置温度和稳定剂浓度对二氧化氯的稳定性均为不显著影响因素。最后探讨了二氧化氯的有机稳定机理,通过紫外—可见光谱图证实有机稳定的ClO2溶液中活性组分仍以分子ClO2形态存在,而非离子ClO2-形态存在,因此使用时无需任何活化剂。二氧化氯与有机物PVP之间形成了一种相互作用。
【Abstract】 Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is an acknowedged and safe kind of disinfectant in the world and it has a wide range of developing prospect. Firstly the preparation of chlorine dioxide was invstigated and the opimum technology (basic reactant: NaClO3, acid: H2SO4, reducing agent: saccharose and properly reactive temperature) of prepraration about chlorine dioxide was gained. Secondly, experimental studies on thermal stability of chlorine dioxide in near neutral aqueous solution were performed and effects of temperature and stabilizers discussed and two organicses such as PVP and PCTS were picked out because they can prominetly stabilize chlorine dioxide in aqueous solution. Fartherly experimental studies on the best collocation (stabilizing agent: PVP, collocating temperature: 50℃, concentration of PVP: 3g/l; stabilizingagent: PCTS, colloacting temperation: 30℃, concentration of PCTS: 3g/l) of two stabilizing solutions were performed under our experimental condition, synchronously, under the condition of the choiced proving level α = 0.25, preparating temperature and the concentration of stabilizing agent were unconspicuous affecting factor for stability of chlorine dioxide. Finally, organic stabilizing mechanism of chlorine dioxide was discussed. It is confirmed with UV spectrum that active constituent of the organically stabilized solution would still exist in the form molecular of ClO2 and not the form ion of ClO2-, so chlorine dioxide is released from stabilizing solution under the no active agent. A kind of reciprocity exists between chlorine dioxide and PVP.
