【摘要】 中小企业面临的世界经济环境发生了变化,为了寻求新的生存条件和发展空间,国际化成为中小企业的必然选择。由于实力上的差距,中小企业国际化经营的难度要大于大企业。但是,通过走国际化道路,既可以使企业在更广范围内利用全球的资源,获得更广阔的发展空间,还可以在世界范围内营造品牌优势和竞争优势。中小企业的融资问题一直受到社会各界的关注,在国际化过程中中小企业应该采取哪种融资模式来提高融资可行性,减少融资成本,正是本文研究的主题。虽然中小企业国际化已经成为经济学家们关注的热点,但是关于国际化过程中中小企业的融资问题并未形成理论体系,本文在中小企业融资、中小企业国际化和国际融资的理论基础上,结合韩国中小企业国际化过程中的融资的实证分析,研究了国际化中小企业的融资问题。文章主体包括三部分:一是综述了我国历史上三大商帮的原始资本积累过程和现代融资模式,对每一种融资模式的概念、特点、使用现状作了详细的说明;二是在已有理论和融资模式的基础上,提出了国际化中小企业的融资模式组合,建立了自己的模型,并说明了国际化中小企业选择的依据;三是以韩国中小企业在青岛的融资为例,验证了融资模式组合的合理性和正确性,即在特定的条件下,有一种组合是适合国际化中小企业融资的。韩国中小企业在青岛的融资组合,有深刻理论意义和实践意义,为世界各国的中小企业在国际化过程中的融资提供借鉴,尤其是给与欲走国际化道路的中国中小企业很大的启示。本文关于国际化中小企业融资模式组合的理论创新,及韩国案例的调研成果,对中小企业国际化过程中的融资问题的理论研究和模式推广有重要的意义和帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The international economic environment that small and medium-sized enterprises faced has changed, in order to seek the new existence condition and development space, the internationalization becomes the inevitable choices of SMEs. Because of the disparity on the capability, the difficulty of internationalization of SMEs should be greater than the big enterprise. However, the internationalization can not only make enterprises utilize global resources in wider range, but also build the brand advantage and competition advantage. The financing of SMEs have always been receiving the concerns of the society, then in the process of internationalization which financing model should be taken to enhance the feasibility of financing and reduce financing costs. That is what studied by this text.Although SMEs’internationalization has become the focus of economists, there is not a theoretical system on it. This text is based on the SMEs financing, internationalization and international financing theory, and on the real example of financing combining of the internationalization of South Korea SMEs. The article includes three main components: First, detailed explanation to primitive capital accumulation of three major trader in the history and the concept, characteristic, the current situation of every kind of modern financing mode. Second, in the basis of existing theory and financing models, the test made financing model portfolio for international SMEs and established my models. Third, take financing in Qingdao of South Korean SMEs as an example, the thesis has verified rationality and exactness of the financing mode. That is in the given conditions, a portfolio is suitable for financing of international SMEs. The financing portfolios of South Korean SMEs in Qingdao have important theory sense and practice meaning.
