黑鲷(Sparus macrocephalus)继饥饿后补偿生长的初步研究

【摘要】 本文通过2个室内养殖实验,初步研究了不同的饥饿时间和不同的“饥饿-喂食-再饥饿-再喂食-…”循环处理周期对黑鲷补偿生长的影响,并对其机制进行了探讨。主要研究结果如下: 1.1 不同的饥饿时间对黑鲷补偿生长的影响 本文研究了不同的饥饿处理再供食后黑鲷的恢复生长。实验在20个体积为0.8m~3的圆柱形玻璃钢水槽内进行,实验黑鲷的体重为101.9g~172.7g,投喂人工配合饲料。对照组用C表示,连续每日喂食40d,四个处理组S5、S10、S15、S20分别为饥饿5d后连续每日喂食35d、饥饿10d后连续每日喂食30d、饥饿15d后连续每日喂食25d、饥饿20d后连续每日喂食20d。实验结果如下:(1)实验期间黑鲷的湿体重的变化:饥饿处理过程中,S5处理组的体重变化与对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.05),S10、S15和S20处理组与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);恢复生长过程中,S20处理组与对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.05),S5、S10和S15处理组与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)黑鲷的生长率(SGR):黑鲷在恢复生长阶段各实验组的湿体重生长率均呈波动变化。其中,S5、S15和S20处理组的湿重生长率显著大于对照组(P<0.05);(3)黑鲷的摄食率(FR):黑鲷在恢复生长阶段各饥饿组食欲增大,其中,S5和S20处理组的摄食率显著大于对照组(P<0.05);(4)黑鲷的食物转化率(FCE):黑鲷在恢复生长阶段各实验组的食物转化率均呈波动变化。其中,S5、S10和S15处理组的食物转化率显著大于对照组(P<0.05);(5)黑鲷在恢复生长后的体组成变化:水分:S10、S15和S20处理组与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05),蛋白质:S5、S10处理组与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05),灰分:S10处理组与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05),脂肪:S5、S15和S20处理组与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。实验结果表明:(1)黑鲷在饥饿后再恢复喂食出现部分或完全补偿生长效应,且这种补偿生长效应主要是通过恢复生长阶段提高摄食率和食物转化
【Abstract】 2.1 Compensatory growth response following period of starvation in Sparus macrocephalusThe recovery growth experiment in Sparus macrocephalus with initial wet body weight of 101.9-172.7g following different periods of starvation was conducted in 20glass aquaria (0.8m~3/ aquarium). The experiment lasted for 40d for each test group. Group C, S5, S10, S15 and S20 were deprived food for 0d (control) ,5d, 10d, 15d and 20d, respectively. Then each group was refed ad libitum ration level for its rest experiment time. The main results were as followed: (l)There was significant difference between S5 and C in wet body weight during starvation period (P<0.05), and no significant difference existed between S10 and C ,S15 and C, or S20 and C, respectively (P>0.05); while in the recovery period, the difference between S20 and C was significant (P<0.05), no significant difference was existed between S5 and C , S10 and C, or S15 and C , respectively(P>0.05);(2)During the recovery period, there was significant difference in SGR between S5 and C, S10 and C or S15 and C , respectively (P<0.05); FR under S5 and S20 were significant higher than that of C(PO.05); and FCE under S5, S10 and S15 were also significant higher than that of C (P<0.05); (3) There were significant different in water content between S10 and C, S15 and C, or S20 and C, respectively (P<0.05); protein significant difference existed between S5 and C, or S10 and C(P<0.05); and ash content was significant difference between S10 and C(P<0.05); there were also significant different in lipid between S5 and C, S15 and C, or S20 and C, respectively (P<0.05). These results indicated that there was completely or partly compensatory effect in the recovery growth in Sparus macrocephalus by means of increasing feed intake (FR) and food conversion efficiency (FCE). Sparus macrocephalus mainly depend on lipid as its energy consumed during the starvation period, protein content within fish increased slightly, while lipid content was decreased, and no morn changes were occurred in water and ash content after the recovery period.
