基于校园网的IP电话通信系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,以IP技术为基础的Internet具有开放式的业务创建环境和分布式的业务管理机制,已经形成了全球统一的网络平台,随着计算机技术和宽带网络技术的飞速发展,加之大容量光纤通信技术、IP协议和数字技术的成熟,电信网、计算机网和有线电视网向以IP技术为基础的计算机网络融合的趋势越来越明显,因此在IP网络上开展语音业务已成为大势所趋,具有不可限量的发展前途。但是作为一项新的系统工程,IP电话技术还有广阔的研究空间,如通话质量方面还须改进,本文将以此为切入点,作进一步的开发研究。 本文首先对IP电话系统做了简单介绍:介绍了IP电话的定义,简述了IP电话的发展历程、产生原因、呼叫建立过程以及IP电话的关键技术,并详细介绍了在多媒体通信中广泛应用的两个协议:H.323和SIP协议。在此基础上,以校园网为载体,设计了一个IP电话通信系统,该系统主要包括系统管理模块、呼叫处理模块和音频数据处理模块三个部分,其中,系统管理模块用以实现语音的录入与播放功能;呼叫处理模块的作用是确定通话双方同时在线,且协商是否可以进行通话;音频数据处理模块是整个系统设计的核心,实现语音的压缩、解压、缓存、发送和接收。本系统的创新点是:通过采用了多丢包插值法、自适应速率编码法等技术,对减少通话过程中的丢包、抖动和延迟等现象进行了探讨和尝试,从而达到提高IP电话服务质量的目的。

【Abstract】 Nowadays Internet, based on IP technology, with open business-starting environment and spreading business-making system, has formed a uniform network roof all over the world. With the fast development of computer and Wide Band technology, coupled with maturity of Optical Fiber Communication of large capacity, IP and digital technique, the amalgamative tendency among telecom, computer and CATV network has become more and more prominent. Owing to these facts, voice service on IP network with great potential has gained more and more popularity. However, as a new systematic project IP telephone technique stills wants great improvements with regard to certain aspects, for instance, Quality of Service, whose development is the main concern in this text.This text has been mainly described an IP telephone system, including the definition of IP telephone, the history, the main causes of starting such a business, the process of calling, the key technique of IP, and detailed explanation of H.323 and SIP protocol, which are widely used in multimedia communication. Based on that and campus network, an IP communication system is designed, which falls into system management module, calling process module and frequency data process module.
