海洋监测仪器用防污技术的研究

【摘要】 本论文针对海洋监测仪器亟待解决的防污问题进行了研究,研究内容包括三个部分:(1)通过对当前国内外现有防污技术的调研,筛选出8种具有代表性的防污涂料(自抛光型防污涂料、渗出型防污涂料、新型环保防污涂料、低表面能防污涂料)、铜合金、抗菌陶瓷以及自主开发的防污材料(透明防污涂层、防污环)作为研究对象,并设计出多种构件用于模拟不同海洋监测仪器的关键部件,考察各种防污材料在这些构件上的实海防污性能,实验结果表明:所选自抛光防污涂料、低表面能防污涂料、铜合金具有良好的防污效果。(2)通过海上挂板实验研究了新型的丙烯酸锌树脂、丙烯酸铜树脂、含辣素衍生结构丙烯酸树脂的防污性能,并在此基础上研究了以这三种类型的树脂为成膜物的防污涂料在实海中的防污效果。实验结果表明:丙烯酸锌树脂和丙烯酸铜树脂在海水中具有良好自抛光性能,防污效果显著。(3)研究了三种不同系列的新型防污剂(异噻唑啉酮类化合物、辣素类化合物、芦竹碱类化合物)在涂料配方中的实海应用效果。研究发现,异噻唑啉酮类化合物与芦竹碱类化合物对于生物粘膜和藻类的附着有良好的抑制作用,在缓释剂配合下可以使防污涂层达到更长的防污期效。

【Abstract】 Biofouling problems of ocean monitoring instrumentation were reviewed. The effects of different antifouling material were studied. Three main parts of the study were,(1) To compare different types of material and their effects of antifouling agents, eight of the most common antifouling coatings(self-polishing antifouling coating, biocide-leach antifouling coating, novel environmental antifouling coating, low-surface-energy antifouling coating), copper alloys, antibacterial ceramic, and other self-designed antifouling materials (transparent antifouling coating and antifouling ring) were used. Model components are also used as the equivalents of marine monitor instruments. Form the results, it is shown that the self-polishing antifouling coatings, low-surface-energy antifouling coating, and copper alloys are better at preventing against biofouling.(2) The antifouling capacities of novel zinc acrylate resin, cuprum acrylate resin, acrylate resin with capsaicin structure and antifouling coatings made with those resins have been studied by using raft exposure tests. It was concluded that zinc acrylate resin and cuprum acrylate resin were the most effective.(3) Three derivatives of isothiazolone, capsaicin, and gramine were used as antifoulants in coating formulations. It was shown that the derivatives of isothiazolone and gramine can effectively inhibit biofilming and algal adherence. It was also shown that the effectiveness of the antifouling agent can be extended when a sustained-releasing agent is added to the mixture.
