新型物理化学制冷方法

New Physical Chemistry Refrigeration Method

【摘要】 随着人们环境保护意识的日益提高,环保和节能新技术的开发成为人们研究的新热点。本文对物理化学原理两种新型制冷方法进行了理论和试验研究。本文采用氯化钙—氨为工质对,提出了脱附制冷循环,并对脱附/吸附床内的传热传质过程进行了分析。在前人对吸附制冷研究经验的基础上,建立了脱附/吸附床内的数学模型,并对床层内的实际工况进行了数值模拟,给出了床层内的温度分布曲线以及床层内层和外层边界处的温度随时间变化的曲线,为进行床层内传热传质性能的优化提供了依据。文中建立了脱附制冷试验装置,通过对装置的试验研究表明,脱附制冷系统的平均制冷温度为5℃,最低达到3℃,性能系数(COP)5.9106。通过X射线衍射法对氯化钙氨合物的微观结构进行了研究。对溶解制冷循环原理进行了探索,并对其应用的可能性进行了分析。

【Abstract】 With inspect on environmental problems caused by CFC refrigerating medium becoming more and more important in people’s mind, there is a wide range of potential application of environment-protecting and energy-saving technology. Chemical refrigerating system has advantages of higher efficiency and less pollutant dispersion.The purpose of this study is to investigate the desorption refrigeration cycle. The heat and mass transfer behavior in desorption/adsorption process has been analysed. A numerical model was established to simulate the process of heat and mass transfer in desorption/adsorption bed.The temperature distribution in desorption/adsorption bed was obtained. Performance of experimental system of desorption refrigeration cycle shows that the COP of the desorption refrigeration cycle is 5.9106 while the cooling temperature and heat release temperature are 5 and 40℃.The micro structure of CaCl2 ammino-complex was detected by means of XRD. The equipment of solution refrigeration cycle was built and the possibility of refrigerating cycle by salt solution was also analysed.
