单载波超宽带通信系统中载波技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 超宽带无线通信技术是一种全新的无线电技术,是无线通信领域的一次重大进步。超宽带系统具有低功率、高保密性和高处理增益等特点,使其在通信、雷达、定位等领域具有广泛的应用前景。在本文的第一部分首先介绍了超宽带技术的发展历史、技术特点、研究现状以及相应的标准化工作;接着分析了超宽带无线通信系统的性能及其系统实现的关键性技术;最后对超宽带数据调制技术和多址技术进行了详细的分析。在本文第二部分首先分析对比了脉冲无线电超宽带(IR-UWB)与单载波超宽带(SC-UWB)信号形式与通信系统结构;接着对比了IR-UWB和SC-UWB信号在此标准信道模型下的传输特性;最后通过对比无载波与有载波的PPM-UWB信号功率谱密度,得到了载波对PPM-UWB功率谱密度的影响。在本文第三部分首先介绍了射频振荡器的原理,利用BJT的负阻特性设计并实现了一种低相位噪声的BJT振荡器;然后利用振荡器进一步实现了基于促歇方式与高速开关方式两种载波调制电路,并给出了测试结果;最后由电路实测结果对比分析了两种电路其各自优缺点。由仿真结果和实际电路测试结果可以证明,猝歇震荡电路是一种非常有效的载波调制电路,当UWB脉冲宽度为1.425ns,重复速率为310MHz时,可以对载波实现稳定、高效的调制,而且结构简单适用于UWB通信系统中。

【Abstract】 UWB radio is a promising candidate for wireless communication, it makes a great progress in the field of wireless communications. For the advantages of high-throughput, the extremely low power spectral density, low probability of detection and intercept, excellent immunity to interference and fine time resolution. Therefore UWB technology has widely application prospect. And it becomes more and more attractive for ranging, radar, imaging systems, communications and so on.In the first section of this paper, firstly the development history, technology characteristics, present status of UWB technology and the work of standardization are introduced. Secondly the performance of system and realistic key technologies of system are analyzed. Finally, three modulation methods and two common multi-access pulse signal models are researched in detail.In the second section of this paper, firstly the signal and system types of Impulse Radio UWB (IR-UWB) and Single Carrier UWB (SC-UWB) had been compared. Then, based on the analysis of the IEEE 802.15.3a UWB indoor channel model, the IR-UWB and SC-UWB signal transmission character are presented. Through compare the Power Spectrum Density of PPM with carrier-less or single carrier, get the infection of carrier to PPM UWB signal.In the third section of this paper, firstly analyze the theory of Negative Resistance oscillator, and a low-phase-noise 2.3GHz negative resistance oscillator is presented. Secondly using the oscillator, a Quenching Oscillator and Fast Switching circuit are presented,at last the results of circuit testing and two kind circuits performance comparing are presented.Quenching oscillator transmitter can operate at extremely high data rates with pulse repetition frequency is 310MHz.The circuit proposed has proven to be very robust and repeatable. The simplicity, low cost, and good performance of this circuit makes it available for UWB system.
