【摘要】 环城游憩带已渐渐成为城市居民出游选择的新宠，并将成为今后城市旅游开发的重要方向。近年来，福州环城游憩带的旅游空间格局已初见端倪，然而此现象尚未引起学者们的广泛关注。 本文意在为福州环城游憩带理论研究抛砖引玉，并为其开发发展提供理论依据与参考建议。文章在总结前人研究成果的基础上进一步补充环城游憩带基础理论，并结合郊区城市化理论、区域经济空间结构理论、旅游消费者行为理论等，分析福州环城游憩带的重要功能及其形成机制。通过对福州环城游憩带74处游憩地进行具体定位，界定出福州环城游憩带的空间范围及形状，并将游憩地进行类型区域分析，总结其特征。最后，在分析游憩地类型不平衡、综合服务设施突显薄弱等现状基础上，提出倡导应用生态化、地脉文脉相结合、循序渐近等开发原则重点开发环城游憩带休闲度假、休闲农业、修学等旅游产品及实行政府主导型发展战略、降低门票门槛等策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban residents have preferred to recreating in the Recreation Belt Around Metropolis, which will become the main direction of tourism development around the city . In recent years, the initial layout of the Recreation Belt Around Metropolis in Fuzhou has already taken shape, but this phenomenon has not yet aroused the scholars great attention.This article attempts to supply the basic theory of Fuzhou Recreation Belt Around Metropolis, and provide the advisory opinion and suggestion for its development. In the article, combines the suburb urbanization theory、 region economical spatial structure theory、 the traveling consumer behavior theory etc. to analyze the formation and the vital function of Fuzhou Recreation Belt Around Metropolis. Positioned 74 recreation spots by the GPS, the spatial scope and the shape of Fuzhou Recreation Belt Around Metropolis are demarcated. Meanwhile, the author analyzes the types of recreation spots in each region and summarizes the characteristics of Fuzhou Recreation Belt Around Metropolis. At last, based on the present situation of not balanced recreation spots types, the weaken servicing facility etc, the author comes up with the following proposals, to apply the development principle of ecology, geographical position and local cultural features, the gradual development principle to designing tourism products, especially vacation tourism、 leisure agriculture, studies tourism, and implement the strategy of government leading developmental, and reduces ticket threshold and so on.更多还原
