【摘要】 随着信息通讯技术和其它技术的发展，近10几年来，产业融合正向纵向发展，由早期的通讯业和信息技术业的融合，发展到如今的三大产业融合。而作为第三产业中的零售业，也不可避免地发生融合。零售业由原来的百货业一统天下，到如今超市、购物中心、便利店，再到集多种业态、行业于一体的Shopping Mall，以及网络购物。这是不同业态和行业融合的结果。另一方面，零售业与传统第一产业、第二产业和第三产业也出现产业融合，我们可以发现，一些超市企业的经营范围横跨了传统的三次产业，也就是，它不仅销售商品，也生产农产品和制造工业产品，以及提供其它服务。比如香港的利丰，福州市的永辉连锁超市，他们已不仅仅经营单一的零售业。在产业融合的影响下，传统产业的分类方法需要变革，政府对企业或行业的管制措施也应相应改变，构建“大商贸”、“大流通”，从相关产业的视角思考零售业的发展对策。企业的战略管理和营销方式亦应变革，改变传统的你死我活的“价格战”，开辟新的市场空间，开创新的产业形态。加强信息技术和物流技术运用，为技术融合乃至最终的产业融合创造条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of ICT and other technology, in the recent 10 years, the industrial convergence has made a progress. It originate from communicational industry converged with information-technology industry, now it come to the three industry convergence. The retail industry has transform from store to supermarket、 shopping center、shopping mall and E-commence. This is a result of different industrial convergence. In the meanwhile, the retail trade and the traditional primary industry, the second industry and the tertiary industry also appear the industrial convergence phenomenon. We can discover that some supermarkets’ enterprises scopes have stretched across the traditional three industries, that is to say, they not only sale commodity, but also produce the agricultural product and the manufacture industry product, as well as other services. For instance, Hong Kong Lifeng and Fuzhou’s Yonghui chain-like supermarket have not only managed the retail trade . Under the industrial convergence influence, the classified method of traditional industry needs to be transformed, and the government also should correspondingly change control measures to the enterprise or the profession, from the correlation industry angle to take countermeasure, like constructing "the big business trade","the big circulation" for example. Enterprise’s strategic management and the marketing way also should be changed, not the traditional "price war", but opening the new market space and founding the new industrial shape. Moreover, we should strengthen the information technology and the technical utilization of commodity-flow and create the condition for the technical convergence and even the final industrial convergence.更多还原
