【摘要】 室内设计在我国是从20世纪80年代初开始发展的,至今已有20多年的历史了,随着我国经济发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,室内设计行业不断发展和壮大,随之而来的也会产生一些值得我们思考的问题。室内环境是建筑的重要组成部分,室内设计是建筑设计的延续、深化和再创作,然而经过近几年的室内设计工作,发现无论是公共建筑还是商品住宅,尤其是一些具有特定功能用途的建筑物,如商场、宾馆、大型娱乐场所等,在设计的过程中常常存在着室内与建筑脱节的现象,往往都是当建筑设计完成之后,在后期的装修过程中才发现原先的建筑设计存在着很多不合理、不科学的地方,于是室内设计师再根据自己的思路重新进行改造,这样就会不可避免地推翻、否定一部分建筑设计师已经做出的工作,造成大量的资源浪费,现在这已经成为一种普遍的社会现象。针对这些现象,本论文从坚持系统与整体的设计观出发,分析了国内外室内与建筑一体化实施的现状,提出将室内和建筑之间的整体统一关系作为重点考虑,寻求室内与建筑一体化设计的方法,使室内与建筑设计一体化能够更加有效地应用到实践当中。室内与建筑的一体化是物理、视觉和性能的一体化,要在建筑模数化的标准下,实现空间设置的模数化、照明与建筑的一体化、音质设计与空间的一体化、消防设计与室内设计的一体化。本文通过对比、举例等方法,分析了传统室内设计模式的弊端,并找出现有问题的症结,阐述了商品住宅装修一次到位(全装修)在我国的实施现状及发展趋势。通过作者亲自参加的一个工程项目,分析了一体化设计在实际工程应用中的必要性,设计师没有按照传统的方法,而是运用了“室内与建筑一体化”的设计思路,将消防设计与后期的室内设计结合起来考虑,在室内设计平面图的基础上按照国家消防规范中的防火要求重新进行消防设计,这种一体化的设计模式大大降低了工程量,也大大节省了人力、物力和财力。本文通过对室内与建筑一体化设计及实施的研究,使设计者初步掌握一体化设计的方法,使一体化的设计理念更加深入人心,在传统建筑设计与室内设计方法的基础上更深入了一步,并且为日趋成熟的产业化装修住宅的设计和施工提供了专业化的理论和技术分析,使现代室内空间环境设计朝着更加科学、合理、人性化的方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interior design began in our country since 1980s, it is becoming more and more popular along with the development of our country’s economy and people’s life, some problems should be considered soon afterwards.Interior environment is a important part of architecture, interior design is the continuum, deepen and creation of architecture design. From these years interior design work, we realize that interior is often disjointed with architecture in design process in public structure and residential building, especially some buildings like markets, hotels and entertaining places. Designers usually found something irrational in architecture design when they were renovating the house, so they should be remake it from repudiating something which the architecture designer made. This kind of natural resources wasting is becoming a social phenomenon.Be aimed at this social phenomenon, the article start with the system and total point, analyze the practice of unify of interior and architecture design, the unify relation between interior and architecture should be considered carefully. The article try to find out the method of unify of interior and architecture design, and make it usefully in practice.The unify of interior and architecture is the unify of physics, visual and function, it is carried out by the unify of illumination and architecture, tone quality and space aesthetics, fight fire design and interior design under the standard of architecture modulus. The article discuss the disadvantage of the traditional interior design mode and expound the status and development of the unify model in our country. The unify model make the interior design should be jointed with the architecture design, both of them should be coordinated. Interior design’s advance make the architecture design more rational than before. Standardization, modulus and general utilization is used in design process which create the requirement for the industrialization of residential buildings’fit up.From a engineering project in which the writer had participated, we can see the necessity of the unify design model of interior and architecture. Designers did not use the traditional way but the unify design model to unite the fight fire design with the interior design at the basic of system concept.
