氯化亚铜的表面修饰及对其磁学特性的影响

【摘要】 采用水热法、超声波法、脉冲激光法制备了以苯酚、对苯二酚、苯胺、对苯二胺、吡嗪及不同阶段的可溶性聚苯胺为修饰剂的氯化亚铜。通过变温磁化强度(VSM)研究在非加压条件下不同方法制备的CuCl磁性及不同修饰性CuCl的磁学特性,分析结果表明不同制备方法、不同修饰剂对氯化亚铜的变色稳定性、磁学特性有显著地影响;利用紫外可见光谱、荧光光谱、傅立叶变换红外光谱、元素分析、X光电子能谱分析、X光晶体粉末衍射、热重-差热分析、变温磁化强度(SQUID)等手段,对水热法制备的对苯二胺修饰性、吡嗪修饰性氯化亚铜和超声波法制备的对苯二胺修饰性氯化亚铜的进一步系统地表征与分析,结果表明有机修饰剂对氯化亚铜有配位修饰作用,存在Cu-N配位;其相应分子式为C35H27N7CuCl4、(C6H8N23·Cu4Cl6和CuCl·C4H-4N2;超声波法制备的对苯二胺修饰性氯化亚铜、水热法制备的吡嗪修饰性氯化亚铜稳定性好,水热法制备的对苯二胺修饰性氯化亚铜稳定性较差,存在Cu2+;水热法制备的对苯二胺修饰性氯化亚铜,居里转变温度为20.5K,具有反铁磁交换作用,超声波法制备的对苯二胺修饰性氯化亚铜,在13.7K时发生了物相转变,两相的居里转变温度分别为4K、76K,均表现为反铁磁交换作用,Cb-W的居里转变温度为10.1K,100K以上表现为弱抗磁性。

【Abstract】 Cuprous chloride whose surface is modified respectively by phenol,hydroquinone , phenylamine, 1,4-diaminobenzene,pyrazine and soluble polyaniline of different polymerization stage have been fabricated by using hydro-thermal, ultrasonic, pulsed laser technique. Influences of its magnetic properties have been studied by characterization of variable temperature magnetic susceptibility analysis(VSM).The characterizations and analysis show that the colour changing stability and magnetic properties are obviously influenced by different preparation method and different modifier.Cuprous - chloride modified by 1,4-diaminobenzene and pyrazine were characterized by ultraviolet spectra, fluorescence spectra,FT-IR spectra, elementary analysis, X-ray Diffraction spectra, x-ray photoelectron spectra, thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility analysis(SQUID). The characterizations and analysis show that there is coordination modification effect of the organic modifier.There is Cu-N coordination.The corresponding molecular formula are C35H27N7CuCl4、 (C6H8N23 · Cu4Cl6 and CuCl·C4H4N2 respectively.The former compound is instable with Cu2+ existed while the latter two compounds are stable. Curie transition temperature of cuprous chloride with 1,4-diaminobenzene by hydro-thermal method is 20.5K while there is antiferromagnetic exchange effect; Phase transition occurs at 13.7K of cuprous chloride with 1,4-diaminobenzene by ultrasonic method while the Curie transition temperature of two phases are 4K,76K respectively and both of they bear antiferromagnetic exchange effect;Curie transition temperature of cuprous chloride with pyrazine by hydro-thermal method is 10.1K while it bears weak diamagnetism above 100K.
