多孔圆筒铸铁阳极电解制备高铁酸盐及其在处理废水中的应用

【摘要】 本文研究了以阳离子交换膜技术电生成新型水处理剂高铁酸盐的方法。考察了电解槽结构、阳极材料的种类、电解时间等因素对生成高铁酸盐电流效率的影响。并且通过采用改进的双阴极多孔圆筒铸铁阳极的电解槽,使得圆筒形铸铁阳极的内外两面电流密度分布均匀,从而提高了电流效率并得到更高浓度的高铁酸盐。 针对高铁酸盐难以长时间稳定存在的特点,实验用电解新制的高铁酸盐直接投加进行废水处理。处理对象为苯胺和联苯胺模拟废水,用紫外光谱、红外光谱、高效液相色谱等手段,分析这些难降解的有机污染物的降解历程,并以高铁酸盐处理了医院废水,研究结果表明了高铁酸具有较好的杀菌作用。

【Abstract】 Electrochemical preparation of a novel water treatment reagent ferrate(Ⅵ) with cation-exchange membrane was explored. The structure of the cell, the anode materials and sustain of electrolysis on the current yield was discussed. The water treatment ferrate was prepared by electrolysis in diaphragm bath with double cathode chamber and porous cylinder cast iron anode, the higher current yield and higher concentration was maintained. Based on that the instability of ferrate(Ⅵ), fresh ferrate(Ⅵ) prepared by electrolysis was released directly to treat wastewater. The treatment objects included the simulative wastewater of aniline and benzidine. The degradation reactions of these organic pollutants treated by ferrate(Ⅵ) were disclosed by the analysis of ultraviolet spectra, infrared spectra and HPLC. A typical real wastewater hospital was treated by ferrate(Ⅵ) and the result showed that ferrate is a efficient disinfectant.
