【摘要】 当前，国际局势正发生着深刻的变化，科技进步与科技创新成为推动一个国家经济与社会发展的决定性因素。随着世界科技的突飞猛进，科技对文化的影响将发生革命性的突破。本文将科学技术与先进文化结合起来，分析了二者的相互关系与影响以及发展它们的措施。 首先，本文对科学技术与文化进行涵义界定，历史考察，概括出科学技术是文化的一个部分，科技的发展能促进文化的进步，文化的繁荣又能推动科技的发展。其次，阐述了科技对先进文化的积极作用与科技的负面效应对先进文化的挑战，而先进文化为科学技术的发展提供了良好的文化氛围。再次，分析了科学技术对马克思主义、思维方式、伦理道德、艺术、新闻、图书、出版业的促进作用，突出了当代科学技术是推动先进文化的强大力量。最后，提出了发展我国科学技术、促进先进文化建设的措施。主要是加强基础研究，发展教育，普及科学文化，加强对科技的管理与控制，消除对先进文化建设的负面影响。 本文理论联系实际，从历史的、辩证的、发展的观点出发，运用了宏观与微观、分析与综合的方法，理论部分对当前我国的文化建设具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, as the international situation is undergoing a profound change, scientific and technical progress and innovation are becoming a decisive factor of promoting the development of a national economy and the society. With the advancing by leaps and bounds of science and technology of the world, the revolutionary break-through will take place in the impact of science and technology on culture. Combining science and technology and advanced culture together, the article has analyzed not only interrelation and influence of the both but also the measure to develop the both.First of all, through defining science and technology and culture in a historical context, the article has generalized that science and technology are a part of culture and both can motivate each other. Secondly, the article has explained that science and technology promote the progress of advanced culture through their positive role and negative effect that challenges advanced culture while advanced culture has offered a good culture atmosphere for science and technology. Thirdly, by analyzing the facilitation of science and technology to Marxism, mode of thinking, ethics, art, news, books, publishing business, the article has stressed contemporary science and technology are the mighty force of promoting advanced culture. Finally, the paper has put forward the measures to develop science and technology and advanced culture which are mainly strengthening the basic research, developing education, popularizing science and culture, strengthening control over science and technology, and dispelling the negative impact on advanced cultural construction.The article adopts the methodology of unifying theory and practice, macrocosm and microcosm, analysis and synthesis. The theoretical part has important directive significance to the cultural construction of our country for the time being.更多还原
