基于WEB的冲模三维参数化模型数据库的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机网络技术的发展和普及,基于Web的CAD技术在模具制造业中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文提出了建立基于Web的冲模三维参数化模型数据库系统的设计思想,并进行了初步尝试。本文分析了国内外模具技术的发展现状以及国内外在模具标准件库方面的研究情况,对参数化技术,数据库技术,二次开发技术,基于Web的应用体系结构,以及动态交互式Web技术进行了研究,最终确立了基于Web的模型库系统的整体结构,将系统划分成四个功能模块,并对系统各功能模块的实现进行了探索。本文以哈飞模具标准和国家模具标准为蓝本,应用SQL Server 2000建立了一百多个标准件参数表。以CATIA V5软件作为开发工具,建立了冲压模具标准件参数化模型库,并在单机上以Visual Basic 6.0作为开发语言设计了客户端标准件库应用程序,从而验证了标准件模型参数化驱动的可行性。利用ASP、VBScript、JavaScript、HTML等网络应用开发技术,以及SQL、ADO等数据库访问技术对标准件信息的网上查询、浏览、参数化模型的下载等功能进行了开发,同时考虑到系统的可维护性和可扩充性,设置了标准件模型库系统的后台管理模块。本系统使得冲压模具标准件的信息资源得到更大程度的功能共享,为设计人员提供一种新型的网上标准件信息共享途径,具有一定的实用性和先进性。

【Abstract】 With the development and popularization of the computer network technology, Web-based CAD technology is more and more important in the mold manufacturing industry. The thesis presents the design concept of setting up 3D parameterized mold library system based on web, and had a try.In this thesis, the situation of mold technology and standard mold library both at home and abroad are analyzed. The structure of Web application system, the technology of parameterization, database, development, as well as the dynamic interactive Web technology have been studied. At last, the whole structure of a Web-based mold library, which has been dived into four function modules, has been established. This thesis also makes active explorations for how to realize these functional modules. More than 100 parameter tables of standard parts have been designed. Based on the development of CATIA V5, a parameterized stand stamping mold library is established. The application progress of standard mold library which can be used in a single computer was developed with Visual Basic 6.0. At the same time it confirmed the parameterization of the molds we designed. Using network development technology such as ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, as well as database technology, we design the function modules of standard parts information inquired, browser, and 3D model download. Considering with the maintainability and expansion, we also designed a background manage module for the system.This library enables the massive design resources of standard parts shared on internet. It also provides a new information sharing channel of standard parts, so it has practicability and progress.
