高速面铣刀开发及其切削性能的研究

【摘要】 高速切削加工具有高速、高效、高精度的优点,广泛应用于航空、航天、汽车、模具等机械制造领域。高速切削刀具是实现高速切削加工的前提和保证。高速切削加工技术的发展与应用对高速刀具提出了不同于传统刀具的特殊要求。目前,国内高速刀具市场的份额主要由国外著名刀具厂商占据,制约了我国高速切削加工技术的发展。因此,有必要在吸取国外先进技术经验的基础上,研制开发具有自主知识产权的高速刀具产品,满足市场的需求。本文以已有的高速铣削机理及高速刀具技术研究成果为基础,进行高速面铣刀及其切削性能的研究,主要研究内容为:针对高速面铣刀切削过程的特点,基于高速切削加工理论,建立了高速面铣刀单齿和多齿动态切削力模型,以此为基础建立了高速面铣刀动态切削力的频谱模型,通过高速面铣刀动态切削力的频谱分析,获得高速面铣刀动态切削性能的变化规律。依据高速铣刀ISO15641标准和高速铣刀动平衡原理,进行高速面铣刀不平衡影响因素的研究与刀具动平衡等级的评价;采用UG行为建模技术,提出了高速面铣刀动平衡精度的控制方法,为高安全性的高速面铣刀产品的开发提供了依据。以高速面铣刀动态切削力研究和频谱分析为基础,建立了高速面铣刀齿距优化数学模型,采用MATLAB语言进行编程运算,进行不等齿距高速面铣刀的齿距优化。在上述研究基础上,针对高速面铣刀的切削特点及其加工特征,进行高速面铣刀结构、刀具材料、几何参数的研究,分别开发设计了满足不同高速切削条件要求的切削铝合金、铸铁的等齿距与不等齿距的高速面铣刀产品。采用正交试验设计方法,进行高速铣削铝合金、铸铁的切削力和表面粗糙度的试验研究,完成了高速面铣刀产品的高速切削性能评价,并获得基于高速铣削加工特征的刀具最优切削参数。

【Abstract】 High speed cutting machining has advantages of high speed, high efficiency and high precision, and has been widely applied in many mechanical manufacturing domain, such as aviation, spaceflight, automobile and mold. High speed cutting cutter is the premise and the guarantee for realization of high speed cutting machining. Special performance is required for high speed cutting cutter, which is different from that of traditional cutter. Today, the cutter market is monopolized by foreign famous cutter manufacturers, which has restricted the development of HSM of our country. We should imbibe the advanced technology from foreign manufacturer, and design our own cutter products to meet the market demand.The thesis does a research on the high speed face milling cutter and its cutting performance, which based on the mechanism of high speed cutting, high speed cutter technology. The main research content is:Aiming at the trait of cutting progress of high speed face milling cutter, based on high speed machining theory, the dynamic cutting force model of single tooth cutter and multi-tooth cutter for high speed face milling cutter has been established, based on this, the spectrum model of dynamic cutting force for high speed face milling cutter has been established, through the spectral analysis of dynamic cutting force of high speed face milling cutter, the change rule of dynamic cutting performance of high speed face milling cutter has been obtained.According as ISO15641 criterion of high revolving milling cutter and dynamic equilibrium theory of high speed face milling cutter, the research on factor of influence on imbalance of high speed face milling cutter has been accomplished, and the rank of equilibrium has been evaluated; with the use of Behavioral Modeler of UG, the method for the control of dynamic equilibrium rank has been put forward, the basis has been provided for development of high
