【摘要】 采用文献资料、调查、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法，以安徽省各地市业余体校、体育运动技术学校及一线运动队的运动员、教练员和管理人员为研究对象，围绕以下一些问题：安徽省竞技体育发展现状；安徽省竞技体育后备人才现状——运动员数量、质量，运动训练目标、动机，文化学习与训练、输送与考入高校；安徽省竞技体育后备人才培养教练员现状——基本情况，岗位培训与职业素质；安徽省竞技体育后备人才运动项目布局现状——传统项目布局，(二、三线)各项目人数分布，与体育强省竞技项目后备人才培养状况比较；影响安徽省竞技体育后备人才培养的主要因素——管理因素、社会因素、教育与就业制度情况的影响因素、教练员队伍的因素、场馆设施因素、独生子女现象，对安徽省竞技体育后备人才培养的现状进行较系统的分析，研究其影响的社会因素，找出对策。结果表明：安徽省竞技体育从摔跤等重竞技项目入手，初步实现三步走方针的前两步；在竞技体育后备人才数量上不足，人才梯队不合理，一线队员过少，且质量不高、尖子不尖；教练员年龄结构合理、经验丰富、敬业精神好，但学历层次低、对待遇普遍不满，科研能力和与科研人员合作情况差，理论知识匮乏，科学文化知识有待提高；竞技体育项目设置过少、优化效果差、结构也不合理，重点项目与国家重点发展的奥运项目契合度不高，许多项目运动员与教练员比例严重失调；培养资金主要来源于体育局投资，训练、竞赛经费短缺，场地设施不足，培养单位的培养目标制订较为合理，培养职、专业运动员和向高校输送成为了主要目标；安徽省目前发展竞技体育政治环境良好，经济实力处于全国中上游，但发展势头迅猛，且拥有6100万人口，所以具备成为竞技体育强省的基本条件。本文旨在为安徽省竞技体育的可持续化发展提供决策性依据和参考，以进一步推动安徽省竞技体育后备人才的培养工作。更多还原
