金荞麦(Fagopyrum cymosum(Trev.)Meisn.)的化学成分研究

【摘要】 近年来,国内外学者对蓼科荞麦属植物金荞麦(Fagopyrum cymosum(Trev.)Meisn.)的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用进行了一定的研究,在此基础上,我们对其进行了深入的化学研究。 金荞麦干燥根茎的95%乙醇提取物,经溶剂分步萃取,运用多种分离方法(硅胶柱色谱、制备TLC、Sephadex LH-20等)得到18个单体化合物,通过理化性质及波谱数据(NMR、MS)分析并结合文献,鉴定了其中的16个化合物的结构,分别为:赤杨酮(glutinone,F-1),赤杨醇(glutinol,F-2),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,F-3),棕榈酸单甘油酯(glycerol monopalmitate,F-4),反式对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(trans-p-hydroxy cinnamic methyl ester,F-5),3,4—二羟基苯甲酰胺(3,4-dihydroxy benzamide,F-6),原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,F-7),原儿茶酸甲酯(protocatechuic acid methyl ester,F-8),琥珀酸(succinic acid,F-9),木犀草素(luteolin,F-10),槲皮素(quercetin,F-11),槲皮苷(quercitrin,F-12),芸香苷(rutin,F-13),(-)—表儿茶素((-)-epicatechin,F-14),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,F-15),正丁醇-β-D-吡喃型果糖苷(n-butyl-β-D-fructopyronoside,F-16),其中化合物F-1,F-2,F-4,F-5,F-6,F-8,F-10,F-16等8个化学成分为首次从本属植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 In recent years, some papers have reported the studies of the chemical constituents from the Fagopyrum cymosum (Trev.) Meisn. and the basic researches on the pharmacological action and clinical use. In this paper, we work to have more research for the chemical constituents.Air-dired and ground rhizoma of Fagopyrum cymosum Meisn. was extracted with 95% ethanol. By solvent extraction,various methods of isolation (Si gel CC、PTLC、Sephadex LH-20) and recrystallization , 18 compounds were isolated and purified.By means of spectroscopic analysis and physiochemical properties, 16 compounds of them were identified as: glutinone (F-1), glutinol (F-2), β -sitosterol (F-3), glycerol monopalmitate (F-4), trans-p-hydroxy cinnamic methyl ester (F-5), 3,4-dihydroxy benzamide (F-6), protocatechuic acid (F-7), protocatechuic acid methyl ester (F-8), succinic acid (F-9), luteolin (F-10), quercetin (F-11), quercitrin (F-12), rutin (F-13), (-)-epicatechin (F-14), daucosterol (F-15), n-butyl- β -D- fructopyronoside (F-16). Among them, compounds F-1, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, F-8, F-10 and F-16 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
