【摘要】 本研究旨在了解医院员工生活质量的现状,找出影响生活质量的因素,分析解决问题的对策和方法,形成一套适应未来竞争的现代化医院管理体系,为制定医疗卫生体制改革政策和加强医院文化建设提供决策依据和参考。本研究以重庆市的医院员工为研究对象,在文献综述和关键事件访谈的基础上,初步编制了医院员工生活质量综合评估的量表。本研究采用问卷调查法,运用统计学的指标构建方法和步骤,借鉴有影响的国内外生活质量评估量表条目,构建指标体系,量表做答形式为Likert式的五点量表法。量表内容包括:经济状况与消费水平、家庭条件及设施、工作环境、健康状况、社会支持、闲暇生活、主观满意度等7个层面83个具体项目。采用分层随机抽样方法,本研究共发出正式问卷700份,回收有效问卷684份,有效问卷回收率97.7%。经过预测证明,该量表具有良好的信度与效度。运用分等级评分法和多元统计方法之因子分析法综合评价医院员工的生活质量。调查结果显示:1.首先是医院员工对躯体健康满意度最低。医院的人际关系、职业所需的知识技能、上级领导的干预与授权、医院文化和医院内部的沟通均是员工心理压力的影响因子,心理压力与员工的身心健康和生活质量有很大关系,其中不同的员工个体特征影响的大更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was designed to explore the actuality of life quality of hospital staff, find out factors affecting life quality, analyze strategy and measures dealing with problems, establish management system for modern, competitive hospitals, and contribute to drawing up of policy for medical and sanitary reformation as well as enhancement of hospital culture construction.Taking hospital staff in Chongqing as research targets, one specific assessment form on life quality was built up based on references and investigations on critical events. Indexes, which were included in this Likert, Five-point form, were made through conducting questionnaire, applying statistic techniques, and referring effective assessments from both domestic and abroad. There were 83 items in this form which were classified in 7 categories of income & consume, housing facility, job environment, health status, social support, casual life, and subjective satisfactions. 700 questionnaire copies were randomly distributed with 684 copies withdrawal at the end.
