基于FES进程的计算机辅助概念设计的研究

【摘要】 在设计过程中,概念设计是最富创新性的阶段。概念设计决定了产品的基本特征和主要构架,后续的过程主要是对概念设计方案的具体化和实现。面对二十一世纪产品竞争日益加剧的挑战,传统的设计手段和过程不足以很好地满足现代产品开发的需求,导致了现代工程设计学、其中包括概念设计理论与计算机和人工智能技术的结合。 本文研究了概念设计自动化的一般方法和规律,包括通用功能扩展、动名词匹配策略,基于物理量的效应到原理解的映射策略,基于设计目录的原理解版本管理,并实现了原型系统ConDesign。 全文共分六章。第一章为绪论,阐述了本课题的研究背景及其意义,分析了国内外在概念设计、设计进程等方面的研究现状和发展趋势,确定了本课题的研究内容、方法。第二章针对功能表达模型的特点,研究了通用功能扩展的过程,提出了功能语义特征模型和作用对象特征模型,以及动名词匹配策略,实现通用功能的自动扩展。第三章分析了F-E-S设计进程的特点,提出了基于物理量的FES设计进程,构建了效应库,提取出物理量特征项作为从效应层到原理解层映射的桥梁,提出了物理量作为原理求解的搜索策略。第四章研究了设计目录原理解知识的特点,提出了集中管理、分散处理的版本管理模型,建立版本索引区和版本数据区,实现了原理解版本操作算法。第五章研制了支持概念设计的原型系统ConDesign,详细介绍了系统的总体结构、各个功能模块、操作界面。第六章对全文工作进行了总结,并对未来研究做了展望。
【Abstract】 Design activity is one of key points in the products development procedure, while conceptual design is most important in design activity. This is because the basic features and mainframe of products are determined in the conceptual design phase, and the tasks of follow-up steps are only to substantiate and embody these design concepts. With the severe competition of products in 21st century, traditional design methods and procedures cannot meet well the demands of modern products development, this trend leads to the combination of modern engineering design with conceptual design theory and artificial intelligence techniques.This paper focuses on common methods and principles of conceptual design automatic-systems, including expansion of general function, matching method of verb-noun, mapping method from effects to solutions based on physical parameters, versions management of solutions based on design catalog. Finally, introduce the establishment of intelligence support conceptual design system.The paper consists of six chapters. The first one is the introduction, which analyzes the current situation and trend in conceptual design, knowledge management, sets forth the meaning, aim of present work, and the structure of this paper. The second one introduces the proper procedure of general function according to the characters of function expression model, studies the matching method of verb-noun which help to achieve auto-expansion of general function. The third chapter analyzes the F-E-S design process, pick up physical parameters as the bridge from effects region to solutions region, and set up effects repository, and work out the searching method by physical parameters. The fourth chapter studies principle solutions characters based on design catalog. Set the version management model, which is centralized management and decentralized management, construct the index and data region of version in DBMS, and work out the arithmetic of version manipulation. The fifth one introduces computer-aided conceptual design prototype system, including the global structure of prototype system, every functional module, operation interface etc. And the sixth one is the conclusion of the whole paper, at the same time gives suggestions for the future.
