利用工业废渣制备新型轻质墙体材料及其性能研究

【摘要】 随着墙材革新和建筑节能事业的不断深入,各种工业废渣开始得到利用。轻质高强、节能利废、环保型轻质墙体材料逐渐成为建材行业研究热点。石膏基泡沫混凝土墙体材料以其独特的品质(如具有优良的调湿功能)开始引起了人们重视。 本文综述了工业废渣在新型轻质墙体材料中的应用,并成功研制了大掺量石膏基泡沫混凝土试块。实验试块是以石膏为基本组分,外掺水泥、粉煤灰、电石渣等工业废渣;掺入自制的泡沫剂NJ和稳泡剂YS等外加剂。制备出应用于非承重墙的性能优良的轻质改性石膏基泡沫混凝土(L系列)试块和大掺量建筑石膏基泡沫混凝土(T系列)试块。L系列以四因素,四水平的正交试验方案设计配方。通过综合平衡分析得出改性石膏基泡沫混凝土最佳配方L10。该配方试块容重830kg/m~3,28d抗压强度4.1MPa,吸水率41.1%,90d和180d抗压强度达8.1MPa和9.0MPa;15次冻融循环后强度损失:5.7%,质量损失:2.5%;经动水溶蚀和静水溶蚀测试,最大质量损失为1.5%,耐水性远远好于石膏泡沫混凝土试块;通过干缩和湿胀测试知,试块的干缩值为0.37mm/m,湿胀值为0.36mm/m。 T系列配方设计五因素,四水平的正交试验方案。通过综合平衡分析
【Abstract】 Based on the development of Wall Material Innovation and Energy Conservation of Buildings, now all kinds of industrial waste residue are getting used in many fields. Those wall materials with lightweight, high compressive strength, saving energy, using of offcum and protecting land are getting to be studied. Foamed concrete based on gypsum wall materials will become the substitute for clay brick because of its special characteristic, example humidity controlling, in the future, which has attracted more and more attention all over the world.In this work, I’ve summarized the utility which industrial waste residue was used in new lightweight wall materials. And succeeded in researching foamed concrete block with a high content gypsum. The test blocks are based on gypsum, in additions to cement、 fly-ash and carbide slag; and self-made foaming agent NJ、foaming stability agent YS, used in non-load-bearing wall.
