基于以太网的电生理信号的传输与处理系统

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的日益提高和互联网通讯技术的大力发展,远程医疗特别是以家庭护理为中心的医疗方式已成为未来医疗的发展趋势。而其中的关键技术就是电生理信号的远程采集、传输与处理的实现。本文设计的主要目的就是针对远程家庭监护系统开发出基于以太网的电生理信号传输平台,以及对信息进行处理、显示的管理系统,和便于用户操作的一个应用框架。 系统主要分为数据传输模块和数据库管理模块两个部分进行设计,整个程序的实现选用Visual C++6.0平台,主要完成实时电生理信号的采集、数据通信、存储、实时显示、回放、信息管理和数据处理等功能。数据传输模块经由以太网接入Internet,通信的实现使用Winsock连接。网络连接采用由MFE提供的CSocket类来实现Socket连接,从而来实现网络连接和监控,并通过TCP/IP协议进行数据的传输。数据库管理模块通过VC中的ADO接口访问数据库,完成与数据库的连接,实现病员信息的添加、修改、综合查询等功能。管理模块还对生理数据进行处理,实现生理信号的实时显示、回放以及打印功能。 另外,本系统还进行了相关的通信接口硬件电路设计,完成了远程家庭监护功能。系统使用方便,界面友好,通用性强,患者只需一个数据采集端和一个网络接口即可进行远程生理参数检测,降低了费用,有利于普及。
【Abstract】 Along with people standard of living increasingly rising and the Internet communication technique greatly developing, Telemedicine especially the medical treatment method that regard family nursing as main method has become the development trend of the future medical treatment. And the key technique is to realize the remote collection and deliver with disposing of physiology signal. The main purpose of this paper is to develop the transmitting platform based on Ethernet ,to develop the managing system that to dispose and display the information and to develop a application frame that easy operation for family nursing system.The system design is divided into primarily the data transmission module and the database managed module two parts to proceed under the Visual C++6.0 circumstance. The system completes primarily the function of the physiology signal real-time collects,data communications.data saving, real-time display, return back to display ,information manages,data dispose etc. The data transmission module connect into the Internet by Ethernet,and use Winsock to communicate with others.It apply CSocket class provided by MFC to realize the conjunction of Socket, accordingly to realize network conjunction and supervise, and that it transmit the data by TCP/IP protocol. The database managed module accesses to database by ADO interface in the VC and accomplishs to connect database.It can realize such as to add, modify, synthesizes search patient information etc. function. The module also can handle physiology data,and accomplish the function to real-time display physiology signal,to back to display ,to put a seal on.In addition, the related correspondence interface circuit is still designed,and the function of whole long-distance family nursing accomplished is accomplished in this system.With friendly interface and convenient and general usage,the system can be used to realize long-distance physiology parameter monitoring only while the patient using a data collection equipment and a network interface.It lowered the expenses, and is convenient to popularize.
