图像处理在测量系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 数字图像处理技术应用于精密测量领域形成了一种新的测量技术——图像测量技术。图像测量技术的原理是应用数字图像处理技术提取被测物体图像的边缘,从而获得被测物体的几何参数。图像测量技术是近年来测量领域中一个新的研究热点,它集光、机、电技术为一体的集成系统。涉及机械、光学、电子、计算机视觉、图像处理、软件工程等方面的技术,广泛应用于几何量测量的尺寸测量、精密复杂零件的测量、航空遥感测量。随着计算机技术和图像传感器的发展,图像测量技术具有高灵敏度、高分辨率、快速、测量的非接触性、它与同精度的其它量仪比较,相对低廉的成本等优点。 图像测量把图像当作传递信息的载体,依据视觉原理,利用数字图像处理的技术对成像进行研究,得到实际物体的定量尺寸。这种技术重在图像处理和算法上的研究,对外部硬件设备依赖少,可以获得较高的测量精度要求。 本文首先介绍了测量系统的组成、图像处理的基本原理,给出了在几何量测量系统中所用到的图像处理方法。依照图像处理的过程,先后介绍了图像的预处理、图像分割、图像跟踪、数学形态学处理;其次,针对工业检测中的图像匹配快速算法进行探讨,讨论了提高点模式匹配的快速算法;最后,论文对几何量测量的实验数据进行了误差分析。 论文在点模式匹配的快速算法方面进行了广泛的探讨,但是,该算法主要针对羽毛产品为研究对象,而对于其它产品的识别的有效性及可靠性尚需进一步的验证及研究。
【Abstract】 The application of digital image processing in the field of precise measurement generates a new kind of measurement technology—image measurement technology. The principle of image measurement technology is detecting the edge of the object using digital image processing technology, and obtain its geometric parameters. Recently the technology of digital image measurement has been a new focus point of research in measurement field. It is an integration system which consist of optics, mechanics and electronics technology. It concerned mechanics, optics, electronics, computer vision, image processing technique and software engineering etc. Used widely in the dimensional measurement of geometrical quantity, delicate complexity parts measurement and the remote-sensing measurement of avigation. With the development of computer technology and image sensor, image measurement technology have advantages of high sensitivity, high resolving power, high velocity, non-contactness and low cost compared with other measurement instruments of the same grade of accuracy.The digital image measurement means that the images are taken as the carrier of information. Based on the theory of vision, making use of the technique of digital image processing to research images of objects, it obtain quantificational measurement of object. The work is focused on the algorithm, less dependent of external devices and have higher precise.At first, this thesis introduces the basic principle of image processing, at the same time, given methods of image processing in the system of geometrical parameter measurement. According to the process image processing, it introduce pre-treatment, image segmentation method, image tracking, mathematical morphology. Image matching is the kernel technology in industrial inspection, so fast algorithm of image matching in industrial inspection is mainly discussed here, this thesis puts emphasis on fast algorithm of Point-Pattern Matching. At last, this thesis put up the experiment result’ error analysis about the geometrical parameter
