汽车轮胎气压对车桥振动的影响研究

【摘要】 本文收集了国内外大量有关汽车轮胎技术资料,综合评述了当前轮胎气压监测系统的发展趋势和动态,并进一步讨论了轮胎的构造和力学特性以及两者之间的相互作用和内在联系。在此基础之上,对汽车轮胎的静态特性与动态特性进行了对比,特别是对轮胎的滚动刚度、轮胎的阻尼特性以及轮胎的动刚度的非线性的力学特性,进行了深入的分析和探讨。基于上述的理论,综合研究了轮胎车桥系统的振动特性,并应用数学回归手段独立推导出了汽车轮轴系统固有频率的计算公式,较深入地揭示了该系统振动频率与轮胎气压之间的函数关系。本课题研究在前述理论分析的基础上,进一步应用传感技术和测试手段,以较新的计算机G语言LabVIEW开发了测试平台,对轮胎气压所产生的振动效应进行了实验研究和论证。具体采用哈飞松花江牌HFJ1010微型车作为实验对象,分别对不同气压下的汽车悬架固有频率进行了跌落激振和行驶随机激振对比测试,并由此得出了相应的气压与悬架固有频率的回归关系式。实验结果表明,汽车在行驶状态下车桥的固有频率略高于自由静止状态下车桥的固有频率。另外,文章对近年来最新应用的实验手段——汽车悬架装置检测台作了相应研究和论述,并应用该实验台对HFJ1010微型车作了不同胎压下的激振测试实验。实验表明,不同胎压下,悬架的固有频率变化不大,但车轮胎压对车桥振动效率有显著影响。本文结合实验深入地讨论了悬架效率、阻尼等与胎压的相关性,并提出了以检测车桥的相应振动参数来作为轮胎气压监测手段的新途径。本文通过大量的实验和深入的理论探讨,较全面地研究了轮胎气压对车轮与车桥振动特性的影响,为轮胎气压的监测和汽车的安全行驶提供了有益的理论参考和依据。

【Abstract】 This paper collected a great deal of the domestic and international automobile tire technique data, comprehensive comment current the development trend and dynamic states of the tire air pressure monitor system, and further discuss the structure and the mechanics characteristics of the tire and both of interaction and inside contact. On this foundation, carried on the contrast to the static characteristic and the dynamic characteristics of the automobile tire again, especially deeply analyze and discuss the roll stiffness, the damping characteristic to the tire and the tires no-line mechanics characteristic of the roll stiffness. According to the above-mentioned theories, synthesize to study the vibration characteristic of the tire suspension system, and the applied mathematics regression means independently deduce the automobile axle system calculation formula of the proper frequency. Announce the function between the relation on vibration frequency and the tire air pressure thoroughly.This text on the foundation of the above theories analysis, further applying the sensor technique and test means, design the test panel with the latest calculator G language LabVIEW, carried on experimental research and arguments of the vibration effect that the tire air pressure produced. Take the HFJ1010 minibus as the experiment object, compared the test with the automobile suspension frequency on carrying on the drop out test and the drive random vibration test under different air pressure, and obtain the relation of the tire air pressure with intrinsic frequency. Indicated from the experimental research result, the automobile suspension frequency in the gravity function is slightly higher than frequency of the suspension in the free appearance.This text research completely on the tire air pressure to vibrate the influence of the characteristic to the wheel and the suspension, thorough a great deal of experiment and theories studies, providing the beneficial theories the reference for the safety of automobile and monitor system of the tire air pressure.
