基于GIS空间分析的道路选线技术研究

【摘要】 在可持续发展战略指导下的道路规划和勘测设计中,路线的优化设计不仅要求通行时间短、工程费用少,而且要与周围的社会、人文、自然环境协调,故道路规划设计除要考虑地形、地质、水文、交通量等常规因素,还要考虑沿线的经济、人文自然景观、生态环境等因素,是一个考虑多因素的多目标空间决策问题。本文应用地理建模的方法进行道路选线,目的是为了提高路线设计方案决策的科学性和规范性以及决策方案的经济、社会和环境效益,减少决策者主观判断局限性的负面效应,这对合理利用资金、提高公路建设投资综合效益等具有十分重要的意义。本文系统地总结了现有的道路选线方法,分析了其各自优缺点及适用范围,提出了应用地理建模的方法建立道路选线费用模型,然后在模型上进行优化选线的方法。基本内容:①综合分析了影响道路选线的因素,选择地质、地物、高程和坡度四个因素图层作为道路选线费用模型建模的基础图层。②在四个因素图层中根据因素图层的属性特征对各选线因子进行重分类,根据分类的结果赋以相应的权值。③采用层次分析法和专家打分的方法确定选线因素图层在道路选线费用模型中的权重值,应用地理信息系统ArcView把道路选线因子的权值通过加权叠加运算建立道路选线费用模型。④采用基于栅格数据的最短路径分析技术来解决道路选线费用模型中路径寻优问题,找出道路经济布线走廊。本文用道路选线费用值量化道路选线中定性描述的地质、地物因素,解决了不同性质道路选线因素统一建模问题,为道路选线这种多影响因素多目标空间决策问题的解决提供新的思路。在地理信息系统ArcView空间分析功能的支持下,提出道路经济布线走廊的概念。道路经济布线走廊直观反映道路选线敏感性因素变化,对道路规划设计有重要实用价值。通过对比用道路选线费用模型选出的路线与道路选线专家通过其他方法选出的路线验证了本文提出的技术方法的有效性和实用性。
【Abstract】 Under the sustainable development strategy, route optimization design not only requires route pass time short and cost less but also requires the route harmonize to environment and humanities surrounding and community surrounding. Route layout is problem with various factors, multi-objective spatial decision-making which considering not only the conventional factors such as topography, geology, hydrology, traffic but also the factors along the route such as economic, cultural landscape, the ecological environment. The geography modeling methodology method of route layout is used in this paper. The method in this paper is in order to enhance scientific and normative of route layout and economic social and environmental benefits of route layout, and to reduce the negative effects of subjective judgement limitations of decision-maker. It is very important to use the funds rational, and to improve overall efficiency of the route construction investment.This paper propose the application geography modeling methodology to establish route selection cost model based on summarizing existing route selection method , then layout optimum route. four primary factors such as geology, buildings, elevation, terrain slope was selected in the study. Analytic Hierarchy Process and expert hits the minute method are used to make out there factors weight in the route selection cost model. Re-class the route select factors by the property of them, and give power to them. Through calculate the layer with weight to build route selection model. Route selection model of geographic information system which based on the grid data is used to seek the optimum route. Route economic corridor is created.In this paper, the factors such as geological and topographical which general descript by qualitative are descript by power. The route selection modeling problem which has different factors is solved. New idea was proposed to these problems which has various factors and multi-objective decision-make by spatial analysis function of ArcView GIS, route economic corridor is put out.
