【摘要】 随着城市化发展步伐的加速，我国城市景观建设的落后状态与城市快速发展之间存在的矛盾日益突出，直接影响到城市居民生活质量的提高。为了改善人居环境，促进城市发展，城市景观建设已引起人们越来越广泛的重视。城市滨水区域景观建设是城市景观建设中十分重要的一环，它直接影响到现阶段我国城市的建设与发展。 城市滨水区域景观涵盖的范围广，组成要素多，影响因素复杂。我国的城市滨水区域开发是政府行为下逐步市场化的建设与开发。多年来，由于历史遗留问题和经济利益驱使，造成了滨水区域景观建设的无序状态甚至是“破坏性开发”。上述种种问题涉及到社会、人文、法律、经济、生态等方方面面，在当前我国城市快速发展的形势下，对于城市滨水区域景观建设进行系统全面的科学研究已势在必行。 本文以景观与城市建设的基本理论为依据，以城市滨水区域景观为研究对象，采用个案分析的研究方法；通过对国内外的大量工程实践及其相关资料进行调研、归纳、综合与比较，在分析城市滨水区域景观的基本特点与影响因素的前提下，提出了由景观、防洪、交通、自然等多要素所组成的城市滨水区域景观概念；进而提出了突出滨水特色、防洪优先、延续城市文脉以及与自然协调等设计原则；并以长沙湘江风光带的滨水区域景观建设实践为例进行了个案分析论证。在此基础上，对建立和完善我国城市滨水景观设计规范提出了积极的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the urbanization, the inconsistency between backward state of the landscape construction and the request of the city development has been more and more acuity, which influencing the quality of the citizen’s life. For improving the habitation and accelerating the development of the city, the landscape construction of city has become more and more importance. Furthermore, the landscape construction of waterfront of a city is an important part of the landscape construction, so it can infect the construction and development of modern city directly.The area of the landscape construction of waterfront is wide and complicated. The exploitation of the waterfront landscape construction in our country is a step-by-step behavior under the government’s control. Many years, because of the problems left by history and economic benefit, the disordered state of the waterfront landscape construction has been formed. These questions relate to many aspects, such as Society, Culture, Law, Economy, Biology etc. Under the development of urbanization now, it is necessary to make a system research about the landscape construction of waterfront in a city.According to the basic theories of landscape and city construction, and by the individual research, this thesis regards the city landscape construction of waterfront as the research object. Through the analyzing examples from home and abroad, and on the premise of studying the characteristics of the city landscape construction of waterfront, the concept, the design principles, have been put forward. On the basis of them, some active advices for the design specification have been put forward.更多还原
