【摘要】 改革开放以来，我国逐步形成了以招投标制、合同管理制、项目法人责任制和建设监理制为标志的建设管理体制。在这种体制中，工程项目的承包商属于自主经营、自负盈亏的经济实体。经过长期的项目管理实践，承包商逐渐意识到风险管理的重要性，尤其是近几年来，市场经济的竞争日趋激烈，承包商的赢利已离不开项目风险管理。因此，风险管理受到承包商更为广泛的关注。在现代项目管理中，风险管理己成为研究的热点之一。 码头工程项目的施工是一种集经济、技术、管理、组织等多方面的综合性社会活动，其施工过程涉及的范围非常广泛。因此，其施工过程中遇到的风险因素，除了一般工程项目中常见的风险因素之外，还包括潮水、风浪带来的风险以及水上、水下施工作业带来的风险等。如果不能正确的识别、评估和处理这些风险，就有可能给项目承包商造成严重的后果。因此，正确的识别风险、评估风险和处理风险，对码头工程项目的承包商有十分重要的意义。 本文在系统分析和总结目前国内外学者研究的基础上，从理论和实际应用两方面，对码头工程项目施工阶段承包商的风险问题进行了研究。全文主要包括以下几个方面的内容： 1、基于对工程项目风险管理现状的研究，本文分别从理论和实践两方面分析了承包商风险管理中存在的主要问题。 2、分析比较了现有风险识别与评价的主要方法，针对码头工程项目的特点，提出了比较适合承包商风险识别和评估的方法。 3、在对码头工程项目施工阶段风险因素识别、评价的基础上，分析了承包商可以采取的风险应对措施。 4、针对某一码头工程项目施工进行了风险管理的案例研究，从项目的风险识别、风险评价和风险处理等几个方面进行了论述。 5、运用博弈论的方法，从承包商的角度出发，分析了工程项目承包商与业主、监理单位、分包商之间的利益关系，并分析了承包商面临的一些风险问题。 6、最后对本文解决的主要问题进行了概括，并指出了论文中的不足及需要进一步研究和解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the reform and opening, the management system has come into being in our country at the sign of inviting and bidding, contact management, the legal person responsible for projects and project supervision system. In this period, the contractors come into assume sole responsibility for their profits or losses gradually. The contractors realize the weightiness of the risk management gradually. Risk management gets more and more attention especially in recent years. Today, market economy competition is more and more furious, risk management has become one of the hotspots issue of study in project management.The process of construction for wharfs is integrative social actives which include economy, technology, management, organization, etc. It includes many factors, so, it is inevitable for the contractor to meet some risks. Besides some familiar risks, it still includes tidewater, stormy waves and underwater construction. So, risk can result in fearful outcome if contractors don’t treat risk properly. So it is very significant for contractors to identify, evaluate, and dispose risk properly.Based on the studies conducted by foreign and domestic scholars, this paper summarizes a systematic study conducted from both theory and practices of project risk management. The main sections of this paper are as follows:Section one, according to the analysis for research actuality in engineering risk management, this paper points out some main questions from several aspects: theory, application etc.Section two, this paper analyzes some main risk recognition and evaluation methods, improves on some of them, and educes some methods which are suit for contractors.Section three, based on risk recognition, evaluation in the construction for wharf engineering, this paper points out some measures which should be adopted by contractor.Section four, this paper has carried on the positive research of risk management to a certain wharf project from the risk analysis, appraisal and control etc.Section five, for the contractor’s point of view, this paper analyses their behalf among the contractor, owner, supervision and subcontractor in engineering construction, at the same time, the author analyzes some risks by using game theory.Section six, finally, this paper summarizes the main subjects, and points out更多还原
