【摘要】 交通是国民经济的基础性产业，是区域经济和社会各项事业发展的重要支撑和保障。研究交通与区域经济及社会发展的关系对于改观区域交通状况、改善投资环境、带动产业结构调整、促进区域社会经济发展等具有重大的现实意义。 本文在总结国内外对交通与区域经济及社会发展关系的研究现状的基础上，分析了交通与社会经济的相互影响及内在规律，采用科学的综合评价方法构建了交通发展指数、GDP指数和社会发展指数，在研究、借鉴发达国家的发展规律的基础上，通过研究三指数之间的关系，定性与定量相结合地研究了山东省交通与区域经济及社会发展的关系。 文章首先概括论述了山东省交通与区域经济及社会发展现状，并对现状作了分析。接下来从区域经济的内涵、四大古典区位论入手，概括了我国区域经济的发展特点和研究现状，指出在省级区域范围内区域经济规模扩大与生产力要素重新整合之后所带来的发展红利，将提高到原来的100倍。文章通过对交通运输促进区域经济发展的机理分析及区域经济发展对交通的影响分析，归纳了交通与区域经济的一般关系规律；通过回顾交通运输的发展阶段与相应的社会文明、我国交通发展与社会经济，归纳了交通与社会发展的关系规律。 本文重点对交通与区域经济及社会发展的关系作了定量分析。首先构建了交通、区域经济、社会三个系统的评价指标体系，然后创建了能宏观综合的反映这三个系统发展状态与水平的三指数：交通发展指数、GDP指数和社会发展指数。最后在研究、借鉴发达国家的发展规律的基础上，通过对这三个指数的相关分析、回归分析、弹性系数分析，得出了山东省交通与区域经济及社会发展的数量关系及回归模型。 文章不但初步建立了交通与区域经济及社会发展的关系模型，而且把理论运用到实际，通过借鉴、参考发达国家交通与区域经济及社会发展的关系，结合自身发展规律，预测了山东省各交通评价指标值，对指导山东省交通建设与发展具有现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transportation is the foundation industry of the national economy, and the prop and guarantee for regional economy and various social businesses. It has important realistic meanings to research the relationship among transportation ,regional economy and society development in such areas as improving the condition of regional transport and the investment environment, arousing the adjustment of industrial structure, and promoting regional society and economy development.This paper summarizes the domestic and overseas current research situation of the relationship of transportation and regional economy and society development, based on which analyzes the mutual influence and inside relationship of the transportation and the society economy. It sets up three indexes of transportation development, GDP and social development with the scientific calculation method. And it studies the relationship of transportation and regional economy and social development in Shandong province through studying the relationship of the three-index, referring and using the development regulation of the developed countries and combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly, the paper discusses the development situation of transportation, regional economy and society in Shandong province generally, and analyzes this situation. Then, we summarizes the development situation and characteristics of regional economy in our country, based on the meanings of regional economy and the four classical theory of district, and point out the evidence that the profit will increase by 100 times through enlarging the scale of regional economy and adjusting the production factors on provincial level. After makes a mechanism analyze that transportation promote regional economy and makes a analyze that regional economy affect transportation ,this paper summarizes the general regulation of the regional economy and transportation development, after looks back the stages of transportation development and the corresponding social civilization, this paper conclude the relationship between the development of transportation and society.This paper emphatically makes quantitative analysis in the relationship of transportation and regional economic and social development. Firstly, it sets up the transportation, regional economy and social evaluation index system of the three systems.
