【摘要】 国家农业科技园区是我国现有的促进农业区域经济发展模式的一种典型代表，是由国家科技部等五部委批准设立的。我国农业科技园区始建于20世纪90年代中期，发展呈方兴未艾之势。目前，国家农业科技园区尚没有成为一门专门的学科，其发展理论尚不完善。论文主要对重庆渝北农业科技园区发展建设以及运行机制等进行了探讨，以期对农业科技园区的发展提供参考。 论文首先介绍了国家农业科技园区的概念、发展的理论基础、形成的社会经济背景和在我国农业发展中的地位和作用，并说明了发展重庆渝北国家农业科技园区的战略意义。然后在回顾我国国家农业科技园区的发展概况基础上，从主要指标的增长变化情况、产业集群发展、投资环境和组织管理等方面分析了重庆渝北国家农业科技园区的发展现状，并对重庆渝北国家农业科技园区发展的前景进行了展望。本文着重分析了重庆渝北国家农业科技园区发展过程中存在的若干问题以及原因，并就重庆渝北国家农业科技园区的发展对策提出了自己的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national agriculture science and technology zone is one kind of typical representative pattern promoting agriculture region economy development existing in our country. The establishment of them are authorized by national five ministries and commissions including national science and technology department. Our country agriculture science and technology zone began to construct at the beginning of 1990s, the development strengths in later years. At present, the national agriculture science and technology zone still has not become a special discipline; its development theory was still imperfect. The paper has mainly carried on the discussion to the development of Chongqing yubei agriculture science and technology zone , so as to provides the reference to the development of whole country agriculture science and technology zone .The paper first introduced the national agriculture science and technology zone concept, the development rationale foundation, the socio-economic background which was formed and status and the function in our country agricultural development, and explained the strategic sense of developing Chongqing yubei national agriculture science and technology zone. Then in reviews our country agriculture science and technology zone in the development survey foundation, The paper has mainly analyzed Chongqing yubei the national agriculture science and technology zone development present situation, from the major targets or quotas growth changing situation, the industrial colony development, investment environment and organization management ,and so on, and prospect was made for the national agriculture science and technology zone development. This article has analyzed certain questions as well as the reason emphatically which exists in Chongqing yubei national agriculture science and technology zone developing process, then the author put forward countermeasure own proposal according to the problem existing in development of Chongqing yubei national agriculture science and technology zone.更多还原
