摩托车车架系统疲劳寿命研究

【摘要】 对摩托车车架断裂情况进行分析,发现这些断裂大部分与车架系统结构的疲劳破坏有关。因此,开展对摩托车车架系统结构进行疲劳强度分析及寿命预估,不但可以对现行摩托车车架进行剩余寿命评估,而且能有效地指导新型摩托车车架的开发,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 论文对国内外摩托车车架系统疲劳试验机的研究现状进行了分析比较,采用程序加载方式,研制了一种新型的疲劳强度试验机。为了制定该试验机的试验规范,寻找一种与试验机相对应的理论分析模型,对疲劳强度理论知识和分析方法进行了研究,得出摩托车车架系统的疲劳类型为机械高周变幅疲劳。选用安全寿命设计方法分析摩托车车架系统的疲劳问题,提出了对摩托车车架系统进行疲劳寿命计算的具体方法。以某摩托车车架为例,采用Pro/ENGINEER软件建立摩托车车架系统的三维实体模型,并进行虚拟装配,应用HyperMesh软件建立与试验工况相对应的车架有限元分析模型。采用Nastran求解器对该摩托车车架的强度进行了计算,在此基础上,采用MSC.FATIGUE软件对其疲劳寿命进行了预估。 为了验证理论分析模型和分析结果的正确性,在该疲劳强度试验机上对某车架疲劳强度和疲劳寿命进行了试验研究,试验结果和理论分析结果基本吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性,为进一步开展实际工况下车架疲劳强度分析及寿命预估提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Through analyzing fractures of the motorcycle carriage, most of those fractures are related to fatigue failure of the motorcycle carriage system. Therefore, the analysis of fatigue resistance of the motorcycle carriage and the life evaluation will not only contribute to evaluate the rest life of the motorcycle carriage, but also to the further development of new motorcycle carriages, which are important both theoretically and practically.On the basis of the current research on test machines for the motorcycle carriage system both at home and abroad, a new fatigue test machine is proposed in the form of a loaded program. Fatigue resistance theories and practical methods are analyzed to obtain analytic modeling for corresponding test machines, by which the test specification could be established. From studies mentioned above, it can be concluded that the fatigue of the motorcycle carriage is characterized by the mechanical high cycle and the variable amplitude. In this paper, the fatigue of the motorcycle carriage system is analyzed in accordance with the safety life and the specific calculation is introduced. Specifically, 3-D solid modelling of a concrete motorcycle carriage is established and then its virtual assembly is fulfilled, using Pro/ENGINEER software. Moreover, its FE modelling for analysis are built in different working conditions by HyperMesh software. Eventually, Fatigue resistance of the motorcycle carriage is calculated by the resolver of Nastran, based on which its fatigue life is forecasted by MSC.FATIGUE software.To verify the theoretical modelling and the analysis, fatigue resistance of a concrete motorcycle carriage and its fatigue life has been tested by using this fatigue test machine. And the experimental result basically accords with the theoretical result, which provides the theoretical basis for the further research on the analysis of fatigue life of the motorcycle carriage system and its life evaluation in practical work conditions.
