平面复杂机构的运动学与动力学综合研究

【摘要】 实验设备对于加深学生对理论知识的理解,锻炼学生的实践、创新能力具有十分重要的意义,在教学体系中占有举足轻重的地位。目前,我国大部分高校的实验设备存在陈旧、落后的问题,而实验设备开发与实验教学应用严重脱节,导致实验设备无法满足教学发展的要求。因此,迫切地需要通过新型实验设备的自主设计研制,来改进实验设备现状、提高实验教学水平。本论文以自主研制开发多功能机械参数测试实验台为主要研究目的。设计研制出多方案机构系统,对各种方案进行了深入的运动、动力综合研究,并以此为基础,开发出针对该系统的计算机辅助设计分析CAD系统;构建出多参数测试系统。将机械设计、软件仿真及参数测试紧密结合,对同类综合实验设备的研制开发具有借鉴价值。研究工作主要包括以下内容:①设计研制出组合式、开放型机械系统。突破了传统实验设备单一性、封闭性的设计模式,创造性地提出了组合式、暴露式的创新设计思想,选取四种机构方案并计算确定尺寸参数,完成各执行机构的选型,选择原动机,拟定机械传动方案并画出机构转速图;用Pro/E三维造型对多方案综合集成进行了研究,很好地解决了可互换性和运动干涉等问题,设计研制出具有多方案组合、开放型的机械系统。②采用了封闭多边形矢量法和杆长逼近法相结合的综合分析方法对III级组进行了运动学分析。通过对机构运动学分析方法的深入研究,对III级组分别采用了机构转化法和封闭多边形矢量法,并对不同方法进行了较深入的应用研究探讨,应用实践表明,封闭多边形矢量法与杆长逼近法的综合分析方法对III级机构的运动分析具有很好的效果,具有推广应用价值;建立了高级杆组程序分析模块,并应用ADAMS软件得到分析结果,验证了所采用方法及分析计算的正确性。③对各机构方案进行了系统动力学研究。根据系统动力学理论,构建出各机构方案等效模型,在对动力学参数进行研究分析的基础上,建立力矩形式的运动方程,利用Pro/E三维造型所得参数求解出各方案的等效转动惯量,对其结果进行分析,得到简化计算;综合运动分析,计算出等效阻力矩和电机额定功率,并通过二次曲线拟合得到电机特性曲线,完成机器真实运动规律数值法求解。采用解析法确定飞轮的转动惯量,并进行了飞轮的具体设计。

【Abstract】 The experimental facilities have the very important function for the understanding of the academic knowledge, exercises student’s practice, ability of creation. At present, problems of obsolete and backward facilities exist in majority of the universities. Because of the disjoint between the development of the experimental facilities and the experimental teaching application, the experimental facilities can not suit for the development of teaching. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the new experimental facilities, to improve the test installation present situation, the enhancement experiment teaching level.The independent development of the multi-purpose mechanical parameter test laboratory bench is the main research goal of this paper. We design and manufacture the multi-project system. With the foundation of deep reach of the kinematics and dynamics we develop the computer aided design and analysis system and the test system with muti-parameters. It has the value to the development of similar synthesis experimental facilitiesThe main research work include:①The design and develop the combined type and the opening mechanical system. We break through the traditional experimental facilities with singularity and seal design pattern and create the combined type and exposition design pattern and selects four kind of organizations plans to compute the dimensional parameters, complete the shaping of executive mechanism, choose the electromotor, study out the transmission scheme and draw out the figure of rotate speed. With the use of Pro-E, it is easy the solve the problems of reciprocation and intervention and develop the mechanical system of the combined type and exposition design pattern.②The generalized analysis method to the III level of groups are carried on with the closed loop method and approximating method.Through the deep kinematics analysis to the mechanism, the closed loop method and the approximating method are carried on separately to the III level of groups, the comparison take place to the different methods and results. The result indicates that the good effect is received when we use both closed loop method and approximating method, it has the application value of the extendibility.
