基于嵌入式技术的局部放电在线检测信号预处理研究

【摘要】 局部放电在线检测可有效地对电力设备运行状态进行监控,为故障预警提供可靠的参考数据,是当前保障电力设备安全可靠运行的研究热点。但传统局部放电在线检测方案中存在两大缺点:1、模拟传输信道对局部放电检测信号的衰减及引入的新干扰信号将增大其识别难度;2、局部放电检测信号数据量大,传输线路负担重、实时性差。本文作者在研究分析局部放电检测信号中局放信号与噪声信号的时频域特征、抑噪算法的基础上,提出在信号采集现场增加一个基于嵌入式技术的数据采集与预处理模块,构建改进型局部放电在线检测方案来解决传统方案中的两大缺点。本论文主要的研究内容:研究和设计数据采集与预处理模块。在模块设计的展开研究中,主要对以下三个关键技术进行了研究、仿真试验与分析:1、嵌入式系统优化设计的研究:在软硬件系统设计理论的基础上,对数据采集与预处理模块的预处理算法进行了软硬件划分,采用软件算法硬件化设计以提高一些关键算法的处理速度;对FIFO及控制器、FIR滤波器、FFT计算模块在FPGA平台上完成软件算法硬件化设计、仿真试验分析,并与采用软件算法在不同平台下的实现进行了比较分析。研究表明软件算法硬件化在有限增加硬件资源消耗的前提下可有效地提高一些复杂算法的处理速度。2、嵌入式通信技术的研究:研究设计嵌入式TCP/IP协议,在此基础上完成TCP服务器/客户机混合模式模型;研究表明嵌入式TCP/IP技术为嵌入式系统提供了一种高速可靠的数据通信解决方案;3、嵌入式存储技术的研究:研究并完成ATA-6协议实现设计,根据实践经验给出了设计与调试中的关键点;通过仿真与试验测试分析ATA-6协议各个工作模式的特性;研究结果表明ATA协议为嵌入式系统提供一种大容量快速数据存储的解决方案。论文提出的一种改进型局部放电在线检测方案可很好的克服传统方案中的两大缺陷具有工程应用价值。重点研究的软件算法硬件化技术、嵌入式TCP/IP通信技术和嵌入式ATA-6磁存储技术在嵌入式实践设计应用中具有一定学术意义与工程应用价值。论文设计的检测方案经过有效的改进也可适用于电力系统中的其他微信号在线检测应用。

【Abstract】 Nowadays Partial Discharge (PD) Online Monitoring has become a hot hit in research on safe operation of large electrical equipments, because it can supervise their working condition and also provide reliable reference data for accidental alarm. However, there are two defects in present PD online monitoring scheme, which are listed as following: 1. since the attenuation and disturbance of analog transfer channel, recognition of PD would become more difficult; 2. since lots of data, transfer channel would become over-burden and system would become slow echo. Based on studying and analyzing of time and frequency domain characteristic of PD signal and noise signal, author deduce the algorithm for recognition and elimination of noise signal, and then advanced a novel PD Online Monitoring scheme, which is based on adding a remote data collection and pre-process module (slave machine), to improve accuracy and real-time of system.This thesis focused on study and design of slave machine, which includes three key technology points as following:1. Study of optimization in embedded system design: According to software-hardware (S/W) co-design theory, the author separated S/W process of data pre-process algorithm in slave machine effectually and using S/W co-design to make process speed of key algorithm more fast. On FPGA platform, accomplished the design and simulation of FIR digital filter and FFT calculation, FIFO & controller module and then compared it with what is design purely of software in several platforms. Research proved that S/W co-design could improve its process speed, based on adding more design complexities.2. Study on embedded communication technology: According to embedded TCP/IP protocol, author realized the protocol and packaged the API function. Based on these, TCP Server/Client mixed mode has been designed. Research demonstrated that embedded TCP/IP protocol provides a good communication scheme for embedded system.3. Study on embedded storage technology: According to ATA protocol, author realized main function of it and tested its working characteristic of all modes. And some key experience of design and debug also has been presented. Research proved that ATA provide a good storage technology for embedded system.
