【摘要】 现代信息环境下,企业信息化得到了前所未有的普及和重视,信息系统的使用量越来越多,使用频率越来越高,人使用信息系统完成任务的效率直接决定企业的整体运作效率。然而,从企业信息化建设的成效来看,效果并不是很理想,信息系统还没有充分发挥应有的作用,人使用信息系统完成任务的效率还相对较低。因此,研究企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率问题,对于提升企业竞争力、促进企业发展有重要意义。本文将在吸收国内外相关研究思路和研究成果的基础上,对企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率的内涵、交互特性对人-信息系统交互效率的影响因素及其作用机理进行了研究。本文首先综述了企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率相关领域的国内外研究现状,并结合目前研究的不足及课题研究的目的提出了本文研究内容和研究思路。其次,分析了企业信息化环境和信息系统的内涵,以及我国企业信息化建设过程中存在的问题,为人-信息系统交互效率的研究奠定了基础。接着,在深入分析企业信息化环境和信息系统内涵的基础上,从人-信息系统交互的定义、交互模型、人-信息系统交互过程特征和人-信息系统交互效率的定义及特点等方面剖析了企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率的内涵。最后,在对人-信息系统交互特征深入理解的基础上,结合历史资料研究、企业调研及实验等研究方法,从匹配性和相互适应性两方面研究了交互特性对企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率的影响,并分别构建了匹配性影响因素和相互适应性影响因素的作用机理模型。对于匹配性,本文通过绘图实验验证了任务与信息系统的匹配、人与任务的匹配、人与信息系统的匹配对人-信息系统交互效率的影响;对于相互适应性,本文通过拼图实验验证了信息显示方式和人的认知技能对人-信息系统交互效率的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under modern information environment, enterprise informationization obtain unprecedented popularization and recognition, information systems are used more and more, the efficiency of human completing tasks using information systems decide the whole enterprise’s operation efficiency directly. However, looked from the construction effect of enterprise informationization, the result is unideal, information systems have not exerted their’roles, the efficiency of human completing tasks using information systems is low comparatively. Therefore, study on human-information system interaction efficiency under enterprise informationization environment has vital significance regarding the promotion of enterprise competitive power and the enterprise develops. This article will study on intension、influencing factors and mechanisms of human - information system interaction efficiency on the basis of domestic and overseas correlative research thought and results.This article first summarizes domestic and overseas correlative research actuality of human-information system interaction efficiency under enterprise informationization environment, and integrate the insufficiency of actual study and the research purpose of this topic to propose the research content and research thought of this article.Next, analyzing intension of enterprise informationization environment and information systems, and the problems in the process of building enterprise informationization. It is the base of studying human-information system interaction efficiency.then, on the basis of analyzing enterprise informationization environment and information systems thoroughly, this article studies intension of human-information system interaction efficiency from definition、interaction model and interaction characteristic of human-information system interaction and definition and characteristic of human-information system interaction efficiency.Finally, on the basis of understanding human-information system interaction characteristic, this article studies the influences of interaction characteristic on human-information system interaction efficiency under enterprise informationization environment from matching attribute and mutual adaptability by history material research、enterprise investigation、experimentation and so on, and establish mechanism model of matching attribute influencing factors and mutual adaptability influencing更多还原
