远郊温泉地资源的开发模式研究

【摘要】 随着城市居民生活水平的积累性提高，人们的生活方式发生了很大变化。在旅游方面出现了由不定期向定期的发展，进而导致了周末旅游可达地区的开发热。在这种背景下，由于城市居民对其周边环境的知晓是从里向外逐渐降低的，人们趋向于在周末的限定时间里以及保证合适的旅与游的时间比的前提下，向往在与自己的初始风景尽量相异的郊区带外缘里选择可参与性的旅游目的地。 当今，温泉旅游已成为参与式异地消遣的一种时尚追求。城市远郊地适合的空间距离以及温泉资源疗治身心的功能，使得远郊温泉地成为目前我国温泉旅游开发的热点地区。基于这种认识，本文以城市远郊温泉地为研究对象空间，就其开发模式进行了条理性的把握研究。该研究不仅扩充了对远郊温泉旅游地的理解，而且在城市远郊地逐渐成为旅游开发热点地区的当今，对区域发展具有一定的理论意义。为印证研究内容的可信性，本文以大连市许屯龙门汤温泉地为例，进行了多次实地考察，并探讨了适应我国远郊温泉地资源自身特点的开发模式，提出了一些值得注意的趋势。 文章具体包括以下几个方面： 第一章为绪论，对选题的理论意义及实用价值、国内外的研究状况、国内外最新动向及发展趋势、写作方法、数据获取等做了简要论述。 正文从第二章开始，主要介绍了远郊区位的研究和国内外温泉地资源的开发模式分析。前者包括：远郊概念的提出、远郊区位的界定和温泉地开发的内容等；后者包括：国外温泉地资源开发模式和国内温泉地资源开发模式等。 第三章为案例分析，即以大连市许屯龙门汤温泉旅游度假区为例，具体包括三个方面内容：龙门汤温泉地的概述、龙门汤温泉地开发的历史与现状、圣亚与龙门汤温泉地资源的开发等。 第四章是研究结论：总结了远郊温泉地资源的开发模式。得出六个结论：以“真温泉”吸引客人，以“住”留住客人；建设昼夜二系列旅游产品，丰富更多还原

【Abstract】 The life style of the city resident has changed immensely along with the improvement of the living standard. The periodical development from the uncertain has appeared in the tourism, which has caused the exploitation of the reached regions in the weekend. In this case, people intend to choose the participated tourism destination which is different from the original scenery in the city exurb, within the appropriate ratio between the travel and visit in the limited weekend, because the understanding of the exterior environment is from the inner to the outer.Nowadays the hot spring tourism, the participated consumption of foreign land, has become a kind of vogue pursuing, and the suitable space distance of the city exurb and the cure function of the hot spring have made the exurb spa a hot region of the tourism development in our country. In this situation, the text takes the hot spring in the city exurb for example, and analyzes its development mode. The research not only extends the understanding of the exurb spa but also has some theoretical meaning. In order to confirm the creditability of the research content, the text takes the Longmentang spa in Xutun town of Dalian City for example, according to many reviews on the spot, and studies the resources exploitation mode in the exurb spa as well as the relevant development trends.The text includes the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction, which discusses the theoretical meaning of the exurb spa, utility value, research actuality and the latest development trend both at the home and abroad, writing method and data obtaining.The main text begins with the second chapter, which introduces the research of the exurb and the exploitation mode of the spa resources.
