甘肃省干旱灌区苜蓿地土壤镰刀菌种群结构及致病性研究

【摘要】 1.土壤真菌区系中的镰刀菌 不同季节在甘肃农业大学苜蓿试验田采取土样,采用土壤平板分离法,利用蛋白胨葡萄糖孟加拉红培养基进行分离,经分离鉴定一共得到47个属的真菌,其中最优势属为镰刀菌属(Fusarium sp.),分离频率为31.5%;其次为青霉属(Penicillium sp.)、毛霉属(Mucor sp.)、枝顶孢霉属(Acremonium sp.)、链隔孢属(Alternaria sp.)、腐质霉属(Humicola sp.)和曲霉属(Aspergillus sp.)等。 2.土壤真菌区系的季节变化 不同季节土壤真菌数量不同,夏季>秋季>春季>冬季;经过相关性分析,真菌的数量与温度和降雨量明显相关,且降雨量的作用大于温度的作用;不同季节土壤真菌的主要类群也不同,秋季分离到26个属的402株真菌,主要类群为镰刀菌属(Fusarium sp.)、匍柄霉属(Stemphylium sp.)、链隔孢属(Alternaria sp.)、枝顶孢属(Acremonium sp.)和腐质霉属(Humicola sp.)等;冬季分离得到24个属248株真菌,主要类群为镰刀菌属(Fusarium sp.)、链隔孢属(Alternaria sp.)、腐质霉属(Humicola sp.)、枝顶孢属(Acremonium sp.)和青霉属(Penicillium sp.)等;春季分离得到23个属的303株真菌,主要类群为镰刀菌属(Fusarium sp.)、曲霉属(Aspergill sp.)、毛霉属(Muco sp.)、单梗曲霉属(Briare sp.)和链隔孢属(Alternaria sp.);夏季分离得到22个属的454株真菌,主要类群为青霉属(Penicilliu sp.)、毛霉属(Mucor sp.)、刺葡萄孢霉属(Echinobotryum sp.)、镰刀菌属(Fusariu sp.)和腐质霉属(Humicola sp.) 3.土壤镰刀菌的种群结构 将不同季节土壤中分离得到的镰刀菌在WA上进行单孢分离,转至PSA和PDA进行性状观察,测量生长速率,并在CLA上进行诱导产孢。经鉴定一共得到18

【Abstract】 1. The soil fungi population structure of AlfalfaFrom 2004 to 2005, soil samples of alfalfa were collected in the experiment field of Gansu agriculture university campus. In different seasons, 47 genera fungi were obtained by isolation and identification. The dominent genus was Fusarium sp., then Penicillium sp., Mucor spp., Acremonium sp., Alternaria sp., Humicola sp. and Aspergillus sp. 2. The variety of soil fungi among seasonsThe quantities of soil fungi was different among seasons,which in the summer was the most, in autumn the second , in spring the third, and winter the forth ; Through the correlation analysis, the quantity of the fungi was obviously related to the average temperatures and rainfall per month, and the rainfall was more important than the temperature to it; The main genera among seasons were different. 26 genera were obtained in the autumn, in which Fusariu sp., Stemphylium sp., Alternaria sp., Acremonium sp., Humicola sp. etc were the main genera; 24 genus were isolated in the winter, in which Fusarium spp., Alternaria sp., Humicola sp., Acremonium sp. and Penicillium sp. etc. were the main genera; 23 genera were obtained in the spring, in which Fusarium sp., Aspergillu sp., Mucor sp., Briarea sp. and Alternaria sp. were the main genus; 22 genera were obtained in the summer, in which Penicillium sp., Mucor sp., Echinobotryum sp., Fusarium sp. and Humicola sp. etc. were the main genus3.
