【摘要】 计算机技术代表着科技的发展,将在各行各业的应用达到前所未有的高潮。随着我国教育体制改革的实行,教育技术将成为我国教育的主要手段,计算机在教育技术中的统领作用将使我国的教育翻开新的篇章。学起于思,思源于疑,疑解于问。在计算机作为教学辅助工具的今天,基于计算机的答疑解惑作为教学中一个十分重要的环节,得到了相应的发展。本文以初一年级地理课程为例,针对蒙古语授课的学生群体,设计并实现了基于网络的答疑系统,其主要意旨在于使蒙古语授课的师生能够通过网络用蒙古语直接交流与答疑,方便师生的教学与学习,提高教学效果。本系统的基本功能包括:师生实时交流的答疑模块、同时又设置了非实时的问题查询、问题讨论的答疑模块,解决了师生之间实时与非实时答疑问题。本论文主要解决三方面的问题,一是学生和教师之间的通讯问题。其解决方案为,使用基于网络协议(TCP/IP、UDP)的网络编程接口--Winsock控件,实现两台计算机之间数据通讯。二是学生和教师之间的非实时答疑问题,其解决方案为使用ASP动态网页技术,实现后台数据库管理,前台查询问题、讨论问题、资源共享等功能。三是蒙古文在应用程序界面以及在网页上的显示与输入问题。这是本文的特色,也是难点之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Computer technology represents technical development, and the applications of Computer technology in all walks of life will reach unprecedented climax. With the practicing of our reform of education, educational technology will become the primary means of our education; the leading function of computer in the educational technology will make the education of our country to the new chapter.Learn from ponder; ponder from the doubt; doubt be solved by asking; Now, when computer is a teaching aid, answering doubts based on computer obtain corresponding development which is a very important teaching step. In the paper, I have designed and completed a network-based answering system, basing on geography class of junior grade, designing for Mongolian student. The primary intention of this paper is to make convenient for teachers and students in teaching and learning and to enhance teaching effectiveness. The basic functions of this system include: module of teacher and student real-time exchanging, non-real-time question inquiry and discussion module. It solved real-time and non-real-time exchanging between teachers and students. The paper solves three main problems: First, how to realize the communication problem between students and teachers. Its solution is realizing the communication between two computers using network program connection—Winsock which based on the network protocol (TCP/IP, UDP). Second, how to realize non-real-time Q/A. Its solution is using the ASP dynamic homepage technology to realize the database administration of the background, the function of querying question and discuss question, and sharing resources.Third, the problem of displaying and input Mongolian characters on the application program interface and on the web.
