【摘要】 国不可一日无防。国防教育是建设和巩固强大国防的基础工程,涉及到一个国家的安全、稳定、富强和发展。中国是一个拥有5000年文明历史的大国,国防教育是中华民族的优良传统之一,是中华民族最珍贵的精神财富。学校国防教育是全民国防教育的基础。尤其在普通高等学校的整个教育体系中,国防教育属于基本素质教育范畴,具有非常重要的作用。不可否认,近年来,我国普通高校的国防教育在整个高等教育领域中,成效显著,在相当程度上满足了国家对大学生国防教育的需求,也培养了众多优秀人才。然而在普通高校开展国防教育的过程中,也暴露出不少问题,特别是对国防教育的认识还存在肤浅和偏颇的倾向,使得我国普通高校的国防教育发展面临许多困难,甚至有流于形式的危险。本文正是从这种现状出发,对普通高校开展国防教育应有的哲学理念进行深层次思考。全文共分三个部分。第一部分是引论,介绍国防教育的重要性及发展过程,高校开展国防教育的必要性,以及本文选题的目的及研究的意义。第二部分是本文的重点。提出了:国防观念的树立是高校国防教育的灵魂;民族精神的培育是高校国防教育的使命;国防教育是高校实施素质教育的重要内容和有效手段;国防教育是一种具有强制性和约束力的特殊义务教育;国防教育应该贯穿于国家发展的始终;国防教育在经济上可以转化为生产力;国防教育是高校教育教学改革的必然选择等高校国防教育应有的哲学理念。第三部分是结语,对本研究课题进行总结,并决心在今后的工作中继续对国防教育进行研究。笔者坚信,普通高校国防教育工作,在理论研究和实践中一定会更加有声有色,取得实效,将会被越来越多的人们所关注和重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 A country cannot do without a single day’s defense. National defense education is the basic project to build and consolidate the powerful national defense, which is relevant to the security, stability, prosperity and development of a country. China is an ancient country with 5,000 years’civilized history, and national defense education is one of our Chinese people’s fine traditions and the most valuable spiritual property.National defense education at schools is the basis of national defense education of the whole nation. National defense education belonging to the basic quality education plays a very important role, especially in the whole educational system of colleges and universities. It cannot be denied that recently our national defense education in colleges and universities has achieved a lot and played an invaluable role in the whole realm of higher education, which has met the country’s need of conducting national defense education to colleges students and trained many people of ability to a certain degree.However, the implementation of national defense education in colleges and universities has revealed many problems, especially the wrong and superficial misunderstanding and biases against national defense leads to many difficulties in the development of our country’s national defense education in colleges and universities, and even there exists the threat of being just a matter of form. This thesis starts from this fact and has some further thoughts on the philosophical concepts of conducting national education in colleges and universities in view of this situation.The thesis altogether has three parts.
