【摘要】 二十一世纪,随着经济的迅猛发展,环境问题日益严重,环境保护成为时代主题,也成为水利事业的重点。泵站工程是将电(热)能转化为水能进行农业灌溉、乡镇供水、渍涝排水及跨流域调水的一项综合性水利工程。我国泵站工程在工农业生产发展及城乡供水等方面发挥了巨大作用。我国泵站建设的特点是,速度快、类型多、规模大、范围广,泵站在促进经济增长,改善人居生活环境和生态环境方面做出了巨大的贡献,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。与此同时,泵站本身的环境问题逐渐显出,并日趋严重。此次全国“十一五”规划对大型泵站进行全面地更新改造,泵站的更新改造对环境所造成的影响是不可小视的。因此,在分析泵站环境问题现状的基础上,研究大型泵站更新改造对环境造成的影响,进行系统的环境影响评价是十分必要的。本文在搜集了大量的、较全面的实地调查资料和实际数据基础上,首先将研究范围划分为七部分,根据当地情况,概括分析了大型泵站的环境问题现状,如水质问题,泵站的噪声问题,泵站生态环境问题等;其次,具体阐述了环境评价标准,环境保护政策和环境保护目标,根据各地区的特点将环境评价标准具体应用,再由大型泵站更新改造期间的具体环境问题出发,如水环境问题、大气环境问题、土壤环境问题、生态环境问题等等,应用一些环境评价方法,针对具体问题进行环境影响评价;再者,分析泵站的更新改造对环境造成的一系列影响,并针对泵站的环境问题以及泵站更新改造施工期对周围环境的影响提出相应的环境保护对策与措施;最后,对于泵站更新改造施工期间的水土流失问题,文章提出了水土流失预测内容和方法,水土流失防治责任范围和水土流失防治措施总体布局。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21 century, economy is developing swiftly and violently, along with that, environment problem increase seriously, the environmental protection become the ages topic, and it also become the keystone of the water conservancy business. Pumping station is a kind of integrative water conservancy engineering, it translate electricity or heat energy into water power to irrigated farming, to offer to villages and towns, further more, the pump station is with responsibility for irrigation and drainage and send water between all valley. Our country’s pump station engineering exert tremendous function not only in industry and agriculture development but in supplying the city and the country water and so on . The construction characteristic of our pump station is rapidly, numerous style, large scale, extensive range. They improve people’s living and habitation circumstance, ameliorate biological surroundings, make tremendous contribute and obtain visible economic and social benefit. The same time, pump stand show itself environment problem gradually, and is becoming seriously day and day. Oncoming countryside“Ten One Five”programming would update and rebuild all large pump station roundly. And this updating and rebuilding would bring much effect to the environment, it cannot be overlooked. Therefore, it is very necessary to investigate pump station’s environment problem that the renewal and reform will result in the influence, proceed to the environmental influence evaluation by the numbers.On the base of large quantity of general research information and collecting actual inspection data, firstly, this text plot out study area seven part, according to the local circumstance, and generalize to analyze the present condition of environment problem of pump station, such as the water quality problem, pump station’s sound problem, the ecosystem environment problem of pump station. etc. Secondly, the text expatiate on environment evaluation standard, environmental protection policy and environmental protection target in detail, apply the environment evaluation standard to that seven part on the foundation of characteristics of every locality area, and from the material environment problem to set out, such as water environment problem, atmosphere更多还原
